Hello, There seem to be a bug with the Swipe Widget. If I have 2 layers with labels, and I add one to the trailingLayers, then the other layer loses its labels: eg: both layers have labels and they can be seen when outside of the swipe tool. when I add the layer on the right to the trailingLayers , then the remaining layer (on the left) lose the labels

Thanks a lot for your answer. Is there a plan to support caching for polylines/polygons Feature Layers (with a smaller feature count for example)?

Hello, We are trying to replicate what's heppening with this layer for example: https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/sample-code/sandbox/?sample=layers-featurelayer It seems it is building a client side cache that's being used instead of throwing queries every time. Our layer has "supportCacheHint" set to true, but it's still not working. Is there something we need to do to enable this caching?

Based on your codepen it looks like it works fine with 4.25 (doesn't work with 4.24) so I guess there's some increased support for CIM symbols which is great

Hi, I'm trying to add a CIM symbol to one of our Renderer but it doesn't seem to work. I'm not sure which bit of it is not supported (CIMTextSymbol with CIMVectorMarker seems to be supported according to doc?) {

By the way I found a way-ish to create a Feature Layer from a JSON object. I'm using an interceptor to intercept the endpoint request and return the JSON at that point. It allows us to bypass the endpoint call everytime we mount the layer.

Hi, Is it possible to instantiate a FeatureLayer from a JSON coming from the server (4.X)? From the types it looks like it should be possible: But sadly it tells me the function does not exist.

Hello, I was wondering if we could make the _constructRendererLegendElements from the ActiveLayerInfo class public, either as a method on this class or as a method on the LegendViewModel class. The _constructRendererLegendElements takes a renderer and returns an ImageElement which allows us to show a legend even when the layer is not in the view. That method does not need a layer at all actually, it only needs a renderer which is great. At the moment I am doing : const activeLayer = new ActiveLayerInfo({ layer: new FeatureLayer() }) as ActiveLayerInfoExtended;
const legendElements = await activeLayer._constructRendererLegendElements(renderer); which works, but obviously not super great as I have to extend the interface

Hello, On some of our maps (typically the ones with a local projection), it fails to load at all and we are getting an error in the console related to the "viewPoint" js file. I located the issue to be the zoom property when instanciating the MapView. The workaround I found, is to remove that property and zoom right after. It was working fine in 4.21. Thanks.

@JoseBanuelos I had a look at 4.21, and it seems that the issue above has been partially fixed, as it doesn't crash the map anymore when doing : if (toolEventInfo.type === 'vertex-add') sketch.undo(); if (toolEventInfo.type === 'reshape-start') sketch.cancel(); It just doesn't do anything to the line. If I change and do : if (toolEventInfo.type === 'vertex-add') sketch.undo(); if (toolEventInfo.type === 'reshape') sketch.cancel(); Then it splits the line like in 4.19, however the remaining half line seems to rotate a bit (see codePen https://codepen.io/mtrsklnkvMM/pen/xxrrLZP) I have tried different things, but can't make it work. Do you have any idea to achieve what we're trying ( steps in message above) Thank you

@JoseBanuelos Hi, I created a codepen here: https://codepen.io/mtrsklnkvMM/pen/xxrrLZP I set the environment to 4.19, so as you can see the original behaviour. steps: 1-Create a single polyline 2-click to select it and then click a second time to enter "reshape mode" 3-Try to move the middle vertex 4-It splits the line in half Now If I switch to 4.20, it crashes the map in codepen (throws the error mentionned above in our app too).

Hi, @JoseBanuelos Not sure if this is linked to the above but we found an issue that happens when we try to use the cancel() method on the SketchViewModel, while updating/reshaping a polyline. We are getting the following error: which seems to be related to snapping. It was working fine in 4.19. Thanks
