We have hundreds of buildings and are experiencing performance issues when loading Details data. We are currently storing each line geometry as a single feature. This results in over 400,000 records in our Details table. Is this a reasonable amount of Detail records? Can we store them as multi-part geometries so we can aggregate these features and have only a single record for Facility and Level? What are the best practices for this scenario for such a large site? Thank you,

Hello, Our company has been using office hotel spaces for hybrid employees for a little while now. Managers are now wanting to create lactation stations for employees to reserve but these spaces are rarely office space. Most times the space type is Institutional Use. Is there a way to make non-office spaces into reservable hotel spaces?

Hello, We upgraded to version 1.14 iOS mobile app and when we request a booking it goes straight to "would you like to save this request to your calendar?" but the booked room shows no reservation for the time and we don't receive a confirmation email. Booking the same room within the web app operates as expected. Room is booked on both calendars and we receive an email confirmation. Not sure what we are doing wrong. Any ideas as to what may be happening?

Thanks @GauravJobanputra . Yes, this is very peculiar. To add another clue, I checked the meeting that ended up getting added to my calendar and realized the room is in fact declining the invite.

@GauravJobanputra It happens in Web and the mobile app shows an error saying "Could not confirm your booking. Tap 'Retry' to try again." When I tap retry it says I already have an existing booking during the specific date and time...meaning the prior attempt was successful even though it threw an error.

@GauravJobanputra This is correct. It is a Workspace in Outlook Room Finder. Also correct, when making a reservation in Outlook, it goes through just fine.

Hello, We have Indoors configured to use M365 as the booking mechanism and when a room is configured to be a "Workspace" in M365 our booking requests give the below reply. The booking is added to my calendar as a booked workspace though. We have other spaces where we do not get this error and when I asked our M365 admin to see how the two were different he said the ones that work without issue are configured to be conference rooms and the ones giving the declined email reply are configured as Workspaces. Does anyone have any idea what I may be doing incorrectly on my side for this auto-reply to be sent when requesting a reservation against these Workspace rooms? See below for the body of the email I receive. Your meeting request was declined. Spaces can not be booked as attendees: 'B944 R200 Q-1 Hotel'; Location: 'B944, 200'. Hello, We have a need to add all of our employees as portal (Enterprise 11.0) users. I was hoping to automate a weekly sync between our HR Employee database and portal. My thought is to list all Portal users and compare it to the HR Employee list. Add the new ones, remove any that are no longer employees. I was hoping to use FME to do this. I have gotten as far as to list out users and conduct the comparison but i am running into issues on how to update Portal with users to add/delete. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @GauravJobanputra , Yes, we use Microsoft 365 to manage reservations. My plans are to allow everyone in the entire enterprise to be able to use our solution to create a Office Hotel reservation. We have ~10k people in our enterprise so if they are required to login to Portal, I will need to establish a sync between our HR DB and GIS Indoors users in Portal in order for them to use the solution.

I just want to confirm that in order for a user to make a reservation they have to be logged in to ArcGIS Portal. I would like to open the application up to "Everyone" and not require a user to login at all if that is possible. Any insight would be appreciated. Indoors 11.0 back by O365 for reservations

Hi, We are using O365 as the reservation mechanism and there is a tag for capacity that can be enabled to allow for more than one reservation at a time. I imagine if you are staying entirely in the Esri stack for reservations (not using O365) that the attribute on the Units table for Capacity would act in a similar way but we are not using the Esri Reservations method so I cant be for certain. Hope this helps.

@KellyHutchins How did you get the popup to not be visible yet the feature is still highlighted in the second example? I have configured a sidebar instant app with a URL Parameter but when i use it the feature is not highlighted and the popup is displayed. I would like my results to look as yours do in the second example...zoomed to feature, popup is not visible and the feature is highlighted in cyan. How would i accomplish this?

Is this only in AGO? I recently upgraded to Enterprise 11.0 and all of my "apps/embed" based web maps being used by outside department webpages got hosed. I am trying to identify a workaround using instant apps but can't figure out how to use URL parameters to zoom to a specific feature.

We have an SDE Database (Oracle) containing data for buildings. This includes building footprints, rooms and interior wall lines. I would like our engineering dept to be able to edit this data using AutoCAD when changes to the interior of buildings are made. I have published a feature service and and am able to bring this service into AutoCAD and edit it. The issue I have is all the features are white lines so the engineering dept cant decipher between a footprint, room or interior wall lines...they all look the same. How do I insure the thematic display of this data is visible in AutoCAD? Also, for multi-story buildings how do I enable the engineering dept to be able to set a definition query so only the level of interest is seen?
