I am also having issues with this. The web map has clustering and I can click on Browse features when in the web map and it functions normally. After adding the web map to a web app I no longer have the ability to click Browse features, it only gives me the number of features in the cluster with no way to examine the actual features pop info. Is there a fix planned for this?

Good Morning Russell, I was using 2.2.4 and did note that there is an update to 2.3. I will try the update to the latest and test again. The type of account is a publisher within a large organization. The one time I was able to get this to work at home I was using just a personal use account and organization. I am not able to share the data I have been using for this specific example but another dem I have uploaded in the past and failed last night trying to upload more are the ArcticDEM tiles, which can be downloaded as single tiles from here. The ArcticDEM tiles are much larger than the dem I was trying to load in this example, (2.24 GB vs. 2.36MB). Also just for the process itself, do you suggest creating a tile cache before you share as a web layer or is just sharing the tif enough as it seems like when they are shared the elevation tile cache is being recreated on ARCGIS Online? Any help with this would be great as this is a great feature and I really want to keep taking advantage of it, Logan

I have been trying to publish an elevation layer all day and have been running into problems. I have been using the technique shown on this page. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/sharing/overview/web-elevation-layer.htm As well as this technique https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/manage-data/publish-elevation-layers.htm I am constantly just getting a publish failed with no explanation as to why. After multiple attempts I tried to just publish my entire scene which should have included an elevation layer as seen in this blog post by Russell Roberts. https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/3d-gis/3d-gis/creating-and-using-elevation-layers-in-arcgis-online-arcgis-pro/ Though I did notice that an elevation layer was not included in the share as web scene menu. Is this functionality still possible? Has the function been removed? Chances are it is user error but I have been successful publishing hosted elevation layers before so any help would be welcomed.
