UPDATE: Tried a second project which was successful, but I can't get the migrate assignments script to work. The error is attached. I'm wondering if I didn't get Python updated/installed correctly or what. I'm running the migrate_to_v2.py script and keep getting this error: "The system cannot find the file specified." (See attached screenshot). Some background info...I accidentally deleted the dispatcher feature layer. I copied from another project and renamed it with the old name. Everything seems to work as expected in the Classic Project. Now I'm attempting to migrate to V2.

Published survey from Survey123 Connect using an existing feature service hosted on ArcGIS Online. Getting an error from the web version of Survey123 when a Field Worker status user is trying to edit -- "Cannot edit this record because it's submitted by another user." Similarly, when I access the survey on the mobile Survey123 it will not send the edited surveys. The error is simply "Send Error" with the number of surveys not sent. When I tap on the red exclamation point it says, "This survey could not be sent due to the following error: 1483 PLUM CT" (this is coming from my label field for the surveys). The feature service has editing enabled and I don't have any attachments in the feature service. I need to be able to have a different user edit these using the mobile and desktop web version of Survey123. @phillipWilson , @JamesTedrick

I'm using the python script and windows scheduler to auto add assignments weekly. I'm testing out the script and I keep getting the error shown in the attached image. Any ideas?

I'm attempting to use the copy_assignment_to_fc.py script found on GitHub to copy assignments earlier than a certain date to a separate feature class. The script keeps getting hung up on the "-where" parameter. So I keep getting errors saying it cannot perform query. Invalid query parameters. I need some direction on the format of that portion I guess. Below is what I've tried without success. Aaron Pulver -where "completedDate <= DATE '02/01/2019'" -where "1=1" The attached screenshot is of the Python Command Prompt using the "1=1" argument. Thanks!

I've run into what appears to be this same issue. Whenever we open the map in Collector (latest version on Google Play) on Android, the connection to the R2 receiver is lost and the GNSS positions are from the device. We tried more than 5 times with the same result every time. We use the same configuration without issue on several other devices, but this is the first one to behave in this manner. I believe the device is a Samsung Galaxy 10.

I've run into a case where the office staff have to add more data to an assignment after it is completed in the field. They would like to have some way to flag the assignment after it has been completed so they know that the assignment has been not only done in the field, but they have inspected and finished on their end also. Defining the full path to the config.ini file didn't seem to do anything. I did notice that it's not writing anything to the log file either when I attempt to run the script from Windows Scheduler. I've attached screenshots of the Windows Scheduler tabs in case there is an issue there. It is set up like the create_assignments_from_csv.py script (which works well from Windows Scheduler) without the additional arguments that that script requires. Are there some additional arguments besides the script file and path to it?

Ok, this modification of the assignment_monitor.py script runs fine from the command prompt without looping, but I still can't get it to work from Windows Scheduler. What am I missing here?

Haven't had your specific issue. This was more script related. I've been able to run them on this machine with the "Run whether user is logged on or not" option on and "Run with highest privilege" checked. Also had to make sure I was using the correct path to the ArcGIS Pro python environment in the Action dialogue box.

Aaron, The create assignments by csv script works great using this method, but I can't get the assignment monitor script to work using the the same method. Does this have something to do with the loop that script has in it?

Aaron, Thanks, I think this will work. The python environment paths were where I was hung up on. I'll let you know what I find.

I'm looking for some guidance on modifying the assignment workforce scripts so I can use them with the windows scheduler and have them run in the background. The scripts work great when I run them from the Python Command Prompt, but I'm not sure how to switch to Windows Scheduler automation. Just running the script as is in WinSch doesn't seem to work. Jonathan, You can build an app using Web App Builder that has the table of your assignments. Then you can manipulate the table view and export to a CSV file.
