Hi Sayena, sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. We have identified this as an issue in GeoPlanner due to a change with the image layer being used by the "Sample Landscape Modeler Output", and this issue should be fixed with the GeoPlanner ArcGIS Online update that went live today. Hi Christopher, sorry to hear that you're running into the same issue. Can you try loading GeoPlanner in an incognito / private browser tab and re-run the tool? If that still doesn't work, can you try with Firefox?

Sorry, I'm not sure if Urban Planner can do this. Exporting the GeoPlanner project to an ArcGIS Online webmap will give the public access to view the feature and image layers in the project, but won't allow them to view some items, such as the dashboards.

Hello, you are able to export a scenario from GeoPlanner to a ArcGIS Online / ArcGIS Enterprise webmap that can then be shared to publicly. This can be accomplished by going to Open Menu > Export > Export Web Map. However, within GeoPlanner, you won't be able to share the project publicly, but you can invite individual people to collaborate with. This can be accomplished by going to Open Menu > Info > Invite User. Thanks!, Kenneth

Oh I see, no problem! I probably should have wrote "ArcGIS Enterprise" instead of just "Enterprise". Glad that it's working now! ArcGIS Online had an update on Tuesday, which could could explain the issue. Good luck with the class!

Awesome! Glad to hear its working now! I believe that the web browser cached an older version of the code used for GeoPlanner, and that older cached code was being used. Clearing the cache makes the web browser get the correct code for GeoPlanner. If ArcGIS Enterprise gets updated to a newer version, this issue might reappear. Clearing the browser cache should resolve the issue.

Hi Owen, sorry to hear that you're running into an issue. Can you clear your browser cache and try running the analysis tool again in GeoPlanner? If you're still seeing the issue after clearing the browser cache, would you be able provide some additional information? - Are you using the ArcGIS Online or Enterprise version of GeoPlanner? - Which OS and web browser are you using? - Which initial layer is selected for the Enrich layer tool? - Which enrichment variables are selected in the Enrich layer tool? I was able to successfully run the Create Buffers tool on the Local Streams, Local Highways, and Potential Redevelopment Sites layers. Any additional info you can provide would be a huge help! Galen Sjostrom I was able to reproduce the issue, and we are currently looking into a fix. The issue looks to be related to switching to a vector basemap within GeoPlanner. Until we are able to apply a fix for the issue, I would highly recommend not changing the basemap within GeoPlanner, and just use the default. Unfortunately, you will need to create a new project. Hi Galen, Thanks for the info! Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce any of the issues you're seeing yet. I was able to successfully make it through Steps 1-4 of GeoPlanner for ArcGIS: Designing with Real-Time without issues, and can re-open the project. Could you try clearing Chrome's cookies and cache and try opening a project again? Here is a list of steps, just in case: 1. While Chrome is the currently selected app, press Ctrl+Shift+Del 2. Click the "Basic" tab, set Time range to "All time", checkmark the options "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files", then press the "Clear Data" button.
