Thanks for your timely response Philip. I'm glad to see that my planned implementation is built in the correct way. My only hold up currently is figuring a way to make the parent layer[polygon, site description] link to its own repeat/related table [inspection] within Collector. Ultimately I would like my collector 'inspection' map to only display active, non-finalized inspections.

I am interested in this same question - 1 Polygon - 1 Form - Multiple Inspections. Is the best way to accomplish this still in seeking for the specific previous form from a list and editing it? I am more interested in implementing this from a spatial perspective by clicking on the polygon from the Collector app and having it link to that specific form with the repeats. To clarify: -1st section of initial form prompts you to make a geoshape along with basic site information (address, company, site name, etc), which when complete populates in the Collector app. -2nd section of form would be a repeat group - for repeat inspections for example. *Once the geoshape it is created, the form links back to itself. Anything like this possible? Thanks.

Is this a possibility yet? The capabilities to have multiple inspections on the same site would greatly increase efficiency and data quality.

Still no way to do this? I have a similar scenario where I would like to recall an existing survey to do a repeat inspection on a construction site. Ideally I would like to include a URL in the polygon feature that is created on the geoshape polygon item to recall the very same survey. James Tedrick Ismael Chivite

Hello, I am looking to figure a way to initially create a polygon for an inspection and then subsequently use the same polygon for additional, separate inspections that will go in the same dataset. Currently thinking this would be possible to create the polygon in the initial Survey123 using a geoshape object, have the polygon populate in Collector, and finally then have a Survey123 URL object in that polygon to link to an additional survey. There are some issues I am running into here though... I can link a survey123 link to the polygons for an additional survey, however the survey123 form does not attribute itself to that particular polygon. If I fill out the geoloc within the survey form it will create a seperate additional polygon. For context, this is for Erosion Control sites. Create the polygon/preconstruction inspection soon after the permit comes in, and then multiple other inspections as the construction site develops until it is finalized. There will probably be 2-4 inspections per polygon. Thanks in advance! Hope I didn't make this question too complicated.
