I was also having this issue. When publishing to on-premise Enterprise everything was ok but to AGOL the time was using UTC (as documented). Instead of adding new fields and re-calculating dates to be UTC, you can use your local timezone fields. When publishing to AGOL, in the Configure Parameters window, set you timezone there. The rest will be handled correctly with your local datetime fields. Have a look at this: Work with date fields—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation and this: Mastering the Space Time Continuum: Considerations for Publishing Date Fields to the Web (Rule #4). Please note that if you overwrite your hosted feature layer you must set this everytime.

Hi Carolyn. Tools in the Ready To Use toolbox are ArcGIS Online geoprocessing services that use ArcGIS Online’s hosted data and analysis capabilities. Please check if you are logged in to ArcGIS Online (will use your AGOL credits) in ArcGIS Pro. For more information for this specific tool, have a look at the Profile tool's help documentation. I hope this helps. Julian.

I am also having this same issue. I removed a layer from my service when I re-published it. I was able to update the layer IDs in the JSON using the AGO Assistant. My tables in the attribute table are now out of sync. I do not want to re-add a new web map as this might break all my other filters and other widgets that I have setup. Is there a way to update the layer IDs in the JSON for the Attribute Table widget (or possibly any others that would need to be updated)?

I was having the same issue with the Density-Base Clustering tool. I noticed I was using a clone of the python environment that I setup. When I changed it back to the default python environment, my tool became available again. I found this only occures with the python tool and not the other GP tools.

Thanks for your replies. The paging file is not on this D drive. I deleted a very large hosted feature service. Could this somehow have used up additional disk space during the delete process and then freed it up again, causing the drive to drop below the threshold long enough to change it to read only?

We have an ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 site. The Data Store changed over to READONLY mode. The Threshold for READONLY mode is set to 1024MB yet the disc space on the drive where the arcgisdatastore is stored still has 36GB available of 140GB disc (just over 25% free). Any ideas why the Data Store would change over to READONLY if there is enough disc space? Fraser Hand Rentia McLaughlin
