Hi Logan, Thank you for your suggestions. Searching for that item throughout my organization did not return any results. I'm certain that nothing has been deleted, so I'm uncertain where this item could be located that the application is trying to access. I am finding the story map application listed in my organization contents - I can click on it to access the overview, but both the view application and configure app options return the error message when selected. Permissions are set to everyone (public). What is really strange is that I have another application using the same story map template as this application that loads just fine. The one that is opening is accessible at https://mlibgisservices.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Shortlist/index.html?appid=c8d7c36a2aa740faace70ca82adb7379 Thanks so much for your help! Justin

One of my applications that has worked until recently will not open. When accessing the application, it returns an error message indicating that an error has occurred and is unable to create the map. I tested to make sure there was nothing wrong with the web map, but found no problem here as it (and the data layer) loaded fine. When trying to access the application however, even by selecting the option to configure the application, I continue to receive this error message. Does anyone have recommendations for resolving this issue? My application is accessible at: https://mlibgisservices.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Shortlist/index.html?appid=111b4fab9420482b9168577a9eefd707

I use the DEM to 3D Printing tool within QGIS often when generating 3D terrain models and it would be helpful if the entire process could be completed within ArcGIS Pro alone. This would be the one piece missing to streamline the process.

Hi Sarah, It doesn't appear to show the features while the slider is activated or when the slider is paused. This is the link to the time aware application: https://mlibgisservices.maps.arcgis.com/apps/TimeAware/index.html?appid=b047146964f043eeb44359ef1109dfe1 It does seem to work when viewing the slider in web map. This is the link to the web map: https://arcg.is/WmGaC I was thinking it might be a problem with the size (27,000 locations), but when it works in web map and not in the time aware app, I'm not sure where the problem might be. Thanks, Justin

A web map was created that has time aware locations. These are being displayed as a heat map. The slider works fine in the web map, but does not display any data when loaded in a time aware app. There are approximately 27,000 locations being displayed. Any help displaying the heat maps in the time aware app would be appreciated. Thanks!

In previous maps I have developed using ArcGIS Online, I have uploaded a KMZ raster of a historic satellite image to an external server and loaded it into a ArcGIS Online web map using the web URL. From there, I would set up the swipe tool to function with that KMZ raster layer. This has worked terrific until today when I noticed that the swipe tool is no longer working on these layers. Nothing has changed to the set up that was previously working, so I am led to believe there is a problem with the swipe tool on ArcGIS Online. An example of one of these maps is found at: ArcGIS Web Application As you can see, the raster layer appears all of the time now, rather than only appearing through the swipe, or in this case, the spyglass. Is anyone else experiencing a similar problem? Is there a way to contact ESRI directly to report the issue? Thanks!
