@JamesBratton No. I made this post https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-monitor-questions/arcgis-monitor-excel-report-20231019-1-question/td-p/1359838 and I didn't get the answer I was looking for. I assume I just didn't do an adequate job of explaining what was missing.

Greetings @AndrewSakowicz , Could you please point me in the right direction? I did not see what I was looking for in the Excel Report (20231019.1). I have attached an example of what I am looking for from the old Excel Report. I highlighted the tabs we use, and bolded the columns I referenced above. .

Greetings @AndrewSakowicz , I apologize. The stats you showed at the service level are in ArcGIS Monitor, which is fine. My hope was to see the stats at the Service level in the Excel Report. I am currently using the old Excel Report to view the stats at the service level in this way, and would like to be able to continue to use the excel report in this way. I'll take a look at the video you shared, and explore ArcGIS Monitor some more. Ideally, the metrics at the service level in the excel report is what I'm after. If we have to adapt and try something else that's fine. I just wanted to make it clear that the way the old excel report worked is something we have come to depend on. Thank you for everything and have a delightful day. Sincerely, Joe Guzi

Greetings @AndrewSakowicz, Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, that doesn't help me. We use that data to audit our services and we need that level of detail at the service level. The summary is nice but if you can't pinpoint what service is causing the performance problem, how do you know which service needs fixed? We have 6 months until our next audit, we'll just have to revise our procedures. If you are interested, I would be willing to meet discuss our audit procedures. If not no worries. What we had with the old excel report really helped us tune or services, but maybe it was overkill and we are crazy? Thank you for everything and have a delightful day. Sincerely, Joe Guzi

Greetings, I recently installed Excel Report for the ArcGIS Monitor (version: 20231019.1), and I noticed that all metrics it summarizes is different than the old Excel Report. I'm specifically interested in the following for ArcGIS Server: AGSFreeInstances Min Instance Max Instance Busy Instance Max AGSPerf TRSum P95 It has become a practice of ours to biannually run the excel report for 6 months and take a look at these figures as well as others, analyze our services performance, and adjust our services. We also use the system log parser to look at wait times. Are these going to be added to the new Excel Report eventually? If not are there ways to have ArcGIS Monitor tell us how the Services are performing based on these metrics? Thank you for everything and have a delightful day. Sincerely, Joe Guzi

Greetings, Thank you for this post! I recently finished setting up and configuring ArcGIS Monitor 2023.2, and I am beginning to work on some dashboards. My Major pinch point is figuring out where to start. I have all of the collections made, and can add those to AGE, that's pretty straight forward. I think I know what I want to see in a dashboard, and migrating that incomplete thought, to the data, to dashboard is proving to be a bit of a challenge. I would love to take you up on your offer and see how you put together some of your metrics. I think I just need a nudge to become productive and build a dashboard. Thank you for everything and have a delightful day. Sincerely, Joe Guzi

Awesome! Thank you for clarifying. I'm on the same page. I'm looking for an easy way to summarize a given timeframe of data collected by monitor, and use that to make adjustments. We usually look at 6 months of data during our biannual audits of our services. Excel Report is great for this especially since you can automate it, but I like the idea of using the report tab to interactively generate the reports as long as it is efficient.

@JamesBratton Are you referring to the result generated by the Excel Report extension for ArcGIS Monitor 10.8? We utilize the Excel Report extensively, and I wanted to make sure we were talking about the same thing before I created another Idea. Thank you for everything and have a delightful day.

Greetings, A Feature Dataset(FDS) can have more than one topology. That being said, Feature classes(FC) can only participate in one topology at a time. I ran the following the experiment to test it out. I had a line FC and a polygon FC in a FDS. Then I created a topology and both of those FCs participated in that topology. I then attempted to create a second topology. Pro did not allow me to complete the dialogue because they was not a FC that was not already participating in a topology. I then added another FC to the FDS. Then I was able to Create another Topology and that third FC was the only FC Participating in the second topology. I hope that helps. Thank you for everything and have a delightful day. Sincerely, Joe Guzi

Greetings @AmirBar-Maor , Thank you for your response, and for finally trying the actual workflow I originally posted about. You assume correctly. Please see the original post, the validation capability is checked. In fact, you have to have the Validation Capability Checked when you publish a parcel fabric service. It will not let you publish if that capability is not checked. You can also find from earlier posts and screenshots that I have had the Evaluate Rules GP tool set exactly how you have it. I tested again following your screenshots. The 'Gotcha' you mentioned, was interesting. I made sure to do that this time. I ran the Evaluate Rules GP tool and got the same error. I have included a new screenshot showing the results. Thank you for everything and have a delightful day. Sincerely, Joe Guzi
