Make sure that you do not have both secure and unsecured content in your web map. Go to ArcGIS Online Assistant and log-in with your admin credentials to your portal. There you can easily make sure all your layers are either "HTTP" or "HTTPS". If there is a mix, you will get errors like the Save button not showing up in your web map.

All, I am having an issue with Portal for ArcGIS 10.5 where the layers with an embedded password show up an unavailable. However, if I simply reload the browser the layers load just fine. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? We didn't have any issues like this when we were on Portal 10.4. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. P.S. the layers with embedded passwords are from multiple sources, inlcluding my own standalone ArcGIS Server.

Thanks to Steven at ESRI support, we were able to fix GeoEvent after upgrading from 10.3.1 to 10.4. Fix was similar to the above first comment. This is what we did to fix the "No Services were found" error: - Uninstall GeoEvent - Delete folder: C:\ProgramData\Esri\GeoEvent - Reinstall GeoEvent GeoEvent Manager page is now working properly.

I am currently having this issue after upgrading from 10.3.1 to the new 10.4 version. None of the fixes I have seen online have worked and after a ticket with ESRI support has been open for 2 weeks now, I still do not have a fix.

I am having an issue with the adding text under Map notes for ArcGIS Portal 10.3. If I am accessing my Portal using IE9, I can't write any text using map notes. It appears to only be an issue when using IE, I am not having this issue with Firefox or Chrome.

Hello, I am also getting the same error in the Flex 3.0 API. The streetview 3.0 widget was working just fine when using the machine name in all of my config files of the application. But recently we went live to a real URL, and now after replacing the machine name with URL in all of the config files, I am getting the same error: "ReferenceError: google is not defined Is here" Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Update: I figured this out. When we deployed our application to its final URL, we started using SSL. What worked for me was simply changing the following line in index.html Change from http:// to https:// <script src="https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false" type="text/javascript"></script>

Bjorn, I am using ESRI Flex 3.0 version. I have tried http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/feed/atom/2.5/week and it still does not display the title, etc. My georss config xml looks like this: <?xml version="1.0" ?> <source>http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/feed/atom/2.5/week</source> <fields> <field name="updated" alias="Date"/> </fields> <titlefield>title</titlefield> <linkfield>link</linkfield> <refreshrate></refreshrate> <zoomscale>10000000</zoomscale> </configuration>

Is there an answer to this? USGS is phasing out the xml feed. I am trying to use their new ATOM feed, the points display but I can't get the title, etc. to display. The URL I am using is this: http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/feed/v1.0/summary/2.5_week.atom
