Agatha suggested I re-create the geo-locator using dual ranges and that seemed to do the trick. Portal is now geocoding the same dataset similar to what Desktop does. Thank you Agatha!

I have a geocode service that performs much better in Desktop than Portal tested by geocoding the same spreadsheet. Geocoding with Toolbox provides a 84% success rate while geocoding conducted in Portal utilizing same geocode utility service produced only a 20% success rate. What could explain this large discrepancy? Anyone else experienced this?

I have been working at this for awhile and struggling to iterate through rainfall data and extract to raster for the entire year by each day. I have started with Jason's script above but I am getting an error with dimension value, so I think my error is comes early on. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
