I clicked on New Item in My Content. I notice it was different after the update of 12-8-21. I tried to create a new feature layer using the 'Create Blank layer' option and it spun on 'Uploading feature service' forever. When I refreshed page it went to the detail page of new layer but under the Data tab it was empty and said "error'. I also tried an esri template layer and chose Field Notes and got the same results. Nothing built. Is this a fresh bug?

In ArcGIS Desktop we used MapLogic to create Map series. An option is to simply choose Fixed Scale in the Scale/Extent properties. Now in ArcGIS Pro 2.9 the map series option for extent has Center and Maintain Scale. There are a few odd cases where based on the scale for the map (dictated by the client) the polygons for the layer on a particular map series page has polygons spanning a greater area than visible at the fixed scale. For those we would manually shift the layout to customize the view and create a Map 1 of 2, Map 2 of 2, etc to get all polygons while maintaining the scale. As these are the exception it has not been a problem to stop and work those few maps. Will there be an option that will allow Fixed Scale WITHOUT the Center being maintained? The same layer is used for several maps at different scales so adding a Scale Field would not be feasible as being the mapper I do not have the ability to change the data in the SDE database. An additional comment is that to not have the map series maintain the center is useful when a large polygon overlaps in to the inset maps and to be able to move the view slightly allows it to be seen in it's entirety.

Thank you for looking in to this Peter. I did not take the time to submit this to Support. Many things I'm doing in AGOL are learn-as-I-go. I did make a similar change to a different layer a couple weeks ago and the field editor data remained. I'm glad to hear about the option to preserve editor tracking. Thanks!

I published a web layer to be used in Collector. On the Settings tab in AGOL I set it to "Keep track of who created and last updated features". I did not have the Editor field or EditDate visible in the PopUps. A request was made to see these so within AGOL I opened the layer in the Map Viewer. I went to Configure Popup/Configure Attributes and checked Display for both fields (I did uncheck the Time box). Perhaps I went wrong when I then hit 'Save Layer' from the More Options. And I also saved the web map for good measure. All 1100 records updated the EditDate to right then with my name as Editor. It wiped out the field personnel's info for the items already done in the field with Collector. I then went from the Overview tab and opened the hosted feature service with "Open in ArcGIS Pro". When I opened the attribute table I saw the CreationDate (which was not visible in AGOL in either the attribute table or Data tab) had also changed on every single record to match the EditDate. Was this caused by my saving the layer or is it a bug?
