Thank you for your response; SketchEditor has no StopAsync() members ... And I don't want to use a CompleteCommand.CanExecute button. I want to do everything with the mouse. As soon as I right click, I activate a method that validates and calls if (MyMapView.SketchEditor.CompleteCommand.CanExecute(null))
{
// Finish the sketch.
MyMapView.SketchEditor.CompleteCommand.Execute(null);
e.Handled = true;
drawEdit = true; //Personal method
} But it doesn't work. I have to move the map to be able to redraw it again. It takes me out of shape editing. It's a problem between actions on the map and the creation of shapes.

May be that : MyMapView.SketchEditor.CompleteCommand.CanExecute(null) but not working. I deleted Complet Button. I finish shaping by right click only

I have a problem with the sketchEditor in WPF when I create a rectangle or a circle. I take the example of the ESRI site. one time out of 2, it draws the shape. and the other time not, but the map moves. Obliged to click once more to be able to redraw. SketchCreationMode creationMode = (SketchCreationMode)SketchModeComboBox.SelectedItem;
geometry = await MyMapView.SketchEditor.StartAsync(creationMode, true); Have you encountered this issue before?

You can also with : private const string MAP = "map.tpk";
....
.....
Uri uri = new Uri(MAP);
// Create a tile cache from the local data.
TileCache cache = new TileCache(uri.LocalPath);
// Use the tile cache to create an ArcGISTiledLayer.
ArcGISTiledLayer tiledLayer = new ArcGISTiledLayer(cache);
// Display the tiled layer as a basemap.
MyMapView.Map = new Map(new Basemap(tiledLayer));

Hi, How to retrieve geometric shapes SketchEditor names from GraphicsOverlay object ? In SketchCreationMode I have Circle, Rectangle, etc.. type name. I make shapes with SketchEditor. I would like retrieve geometric shapes names from GraphicsOverlay object. It's possible? I would like to have "Rectangle", "Circle", etc.. name. Because when I try with GraphicsOverlay, I have only, "Polygon" or "Polyline" name. Thanks

I find. I wasn't making any sense. To extract directly. You have to go to Graphics of SketchOverlay

Hi, How can I convert a KmlDocument created with SketchEditor to a .cal file? I try to close on the document but I don't have all the informations. foreach (Object objChildNodes in mKmlDocument.ChildNodes) { if (objChildNodes is KmlPlacemark) { KmlPlacemark pl = (KmlPlacemark)objChildNodes; Console.WriteLine("type"); // I have type : Polygon, Polyline (only) Console.WriteLine(pl.GraphicType.ToString()); foreach (Object obj in pl.Geometries) { if(obj is KmlGeometry) { KmlGeometry kGeo = (KmlGeometry)obj; Console.WriteLine("-- Geometrie"); Console.WriteLine(kGeo.Geometry.SpatialReference.ToJson()); Console.WriteLine(((KmlGeometry)obj).Geometry.ToJson()); Console.WriteLine("Type"); Console.WriteLine(kGeo.Type.ToString()); } } } I don't have Style in KmlDocument, the same in KmlPlaceMark. Yet I do have line thickness and color on the SketchEditor. Another thing. I drew a rectangle. If I display the geometry in the console. It shows me the polygon or polyline type, but never rectangle, circle, etc... thanks

I find. Make polygon : var ellipseLoc = new MapPoint(x,y); SimpleLineSymbol simpleLineSymbol = new SimpleLineSymbol(SimpleLineSymbolStyle.Solid, System.Drawing.Color.FromArgb(byteOutcolor[0], byteOutcolor[1], byteOutcolor[2]), ellipse.Size ); SimpleFillSymbol simpleFillSymbol = new SimpleFillSymbol(SimpleFillSymbolStyle.Solid, System.Drawing.Color.FromArgb(byteColor[0], byteColor[1], byteColor[2]), simpleLineSymbol); Polygon pol = DrawCircle(ellipseLoc, rCircle, 35); var graphic = new Graphic(pol, simpleFillSymbol); GraphicOverLayer.Graphics.Add(graphic);

Hello. I would like to create Ellipse from Graphic Overlay. I found a topic (https://developers.arcgis.com/net/latest/wpf/guide/add-graphics-and-text-to-graphics-overlays.htm) but you only talk about points and not circles or ellipses. thanks

I'll have a question. Is it possible to open .gdb files? They are files that group tiles at geographical positions. I would like import these files with C#. if yes, have you got an example? thank you
