Mike this sounds like it will work. Thanks this is great. I will probably have to us the once() since they do open the survey more than one time. Is this how it would look based on your example? once(format-date(${Date_Observed_Frozen},'%Y%m%d %H:%M')) Thanks again

Thanks Mike I could do a conversion but the odd thing with this error, it only shows up on export to a report or export to Excel which is what they use to report the data. The feature service shows the correct date. I also recommended to the project manager for the time being to do a conversion in excel, but that evidently was not a option either.

Thanks yes I did, It was just taking some time to update the dashboard after deleted records in ArcGIS pro.it ended up eventually correcting itself

When I export to Excel from survey123 it comes up with an incorrect time. The data is collected in EST and it is coming over in the export as UTC. I understand that a enhancement has been in the works, but hoping that there is a workaround for this. This is inspection data that is being collected and is subject to a government audit, so if the day and time are not correct when we export it will be hard to continue to use Survey123. Thanks for any help

What is the best practice or workflow to update/add to dropdown list values in Survey123. I updated them in the xls form and republished the survey. Those update show on the field app but not on the feature service. I know can edit the list of values on the feature layer data tab, but is updating both separately the best solution? Other than know all the choices form the creation of the survey, what is the best way to make sure these are in both?

Operations Dashboard is not updating when features from a related table are deleted. The feature service is coming from Survey123. The tables reflect the correct data, but the numbers on the dashboard still show the same number as before the features were deleted.

I also logged in as the survey owner and an admin and was able to update the table on the web form, but I am the only one who can make edits to the data. Is there a certain role that I should be using for the project manager to be able to QC and update the survey123 data after it has been collected? Or do I need to give the ownership over to the project manager?

It is on AGOL, the feature service is set up with full editing permissions. I tried to edit through the survey123 data tab on agol and also bringing the feature service into arcgis pro. This is what I get in Pro

I have a survey with repeats that has the bind::esri:parameters set to allowUpdates=true which allows the field technician to edit his repeats. But I am getting an error when going in that feature service and trying to make edits to that repeats either in the web version of survey123 or bringing the feature service into ArcGIS pro. Is there a good way to edit the repeats?
