That seems to be the issue. It's showing as a PostgreSQL. I will have to review the create enterprise step over again. It was successful, but perhaps I did it incorrectly.

Hi, I am trying to learn the Utility Network add-in. I am using Arc Pro 2.4.1. I do use a Parallels VM to run Arc but I have had no issues with this for some time now and do not think they are related. I followed the instructions in the tutorials: Create an electric utility network—Get Started | ArcGIS Solutions for Electric. I have completed all of the prior steps successfully. I have an enterprise geodatabase as my first input, my territory feature class is in a file geodatabase separate from utility network geodatabase. I am kind of at a loss why it keeps telling me this is not an enterprise gdb. The blackouts are just to protect potential client information.

Hi, I keep running into this issue where I am unable to open my properties dialogue box after running a script I wrote to expedite a KMZ creation task I have. The real crux of this issue is that the script performs without error. I can see the new layers I want to create in the TOC, I can see that the data I want loaded into those layers is present (I am able to open the attribute table still), and I can see it displayed correctly in the map data frame. I can also see the KMZ I wanted in the target folder I designated (all data is present and working just as it should). I am able to interact with the new layer in almost every way, but I cannot open the properties dialogue without receiving a fatal error and ArcMap closing down. Attached is a screenshot of my main() function where I think the "error" is occurring. I have only been coding python for a few months so input is welcome on -how- I am doing this as well (the inability for arcpy to create empty group layers required this workaround). Version: ArcMap 10.6.1 Python: 2.7

I agree this really needs to happen. There are a few workarounds that I have found - building a template layer and then sourcing from that template or tricking the default display value - but adding this to the API would be a great help overall. Especially how often KMZs are converted out of Arc.
