@ZoltanKelly Apologies for the delay in responding to your post, Zoltan. It does not appear that the enhancement has been made available to the public; it is currently only accessible internally. What I can do is link your organisation to the enhancement, so you can view it on My Esri and choose to escalate it from there if necessary. I am aware that the appropriate Esri team reviews escalations and evaluates the business impact in order to progress the enhancement. Please let me know if you wish to go this route. Thank you, Irina.

@BenClark have a look at the disc space where ArcGIS Server logs are being written to. I have seen a similar issue with log entries keep on "loading" when the disc space is running low.

Hi @BenClark , We recently had a similar issue with a custom print service where it didn't work for a secured layer hosted on the same ArcGIS Server (!). What worked for us is republishing from an external client (ArcMap) using ArcGIS Server DNS URL as a connection - previously tool was published using ArcGIS Server connection via internal machine name, however the Custom Print Service was being accessed via external DNS. Hope this helps! Regards, Irina.

@FelipeAlbuquerque There is another file you can have a look server.xml - in my 10.8.1 its under C: \Program Files\ ArcGIS\ Server\ framework\ runtime\ tomcat\ conf - yours might be slightly different. Enabling HTTPS on ArcGIS Server adds following entry: In addition to enabling HTTP in "security-config", maybe you can try to comment out this entry and start ArcGIS Server. Make sure to take a backup of both files. Unfortunately, version 10.1 is a retired software that is no longer supported by Esri Technical Support. Hope updating "server.xml" helps. If you regain access to ArcGIS Server via HTTP, please make sure that: SSL certificate is imported first prior to changing ArcGIS Server to HTTPS. SSL certificate should be in ".pfx" format with the password applied on it and imported via Import Existing Server Certificate option in ArcGIS Server Admin. Next is to make sure to set ArcGIS Server to use the certificate by updating Web Server SSL certificate parameter to your certificate alias: Once these steps are done, your ArcGIS Server is ready to be updated to use HTTPS. Hope this helps. Irina.

@FelipeAlbuquerque When you mention "migration from http to https", do you mean that you imported SSL certificate and enabled HTTPS only on ArcGIS Server site? If it fails to load after enabling HTTPS Only, you can probably try setting it back to HTTP and reviewing your workflow again. There should be a security-config.json file under \arcgisserver\config-store\security where you should be able to change ArcGIS Server site back to HTTP (as 10.1 is an old version, the file might look different - below screenshot is from my ArcGIS Server 10.8.1 federated with Portal, however look for something like "sslEnabled" and "htpEnabled" parameters): - Stop ArcGIS server service in Windows services - Open securty-config.json file in text editor and update to enable HTTP and disable HTTPS (Make sure to take a back up of the file prior to editing). Save the file and start ArcGIS Server service. Hope this helps. Irina.

There is an "ENH-000133768 - When publishing hosted feature layers to Portal (AGOL or ArcGIS Enterprise), the date fields should default to the organization's default date format " that was recently logged requesting date formats to be defaulting to the Organization region settings.

Hi Thomas, Not sure if you are still facing the issue, however wanted to share our way of resolving it. As @TomMerhige pointed out, our deployment had allowedProxyHosts restriction applied which, in fact, included Hosting ArcGIS Server machine name. However, "Create Feature Layer" option was still missing. SSL certificates were all valid and trusted across entire deployment. When running network trace on clicking Create button, we noticed 400 response with Invalid URL error referencing Portals' sharing proxy call to ArcGIS Hosting Server:6443 url. Request URL: "https://portal.services.esriaustralia.com.au/portal/sharing/proxy?https://lea-agshosting.services.esriaustralia.com.au:6443/arcgis/admin/data/findItems?managed=true&f=json&token=iQBYSO2kN2vX_zbFulgdgvJYk7VVy3R-yUC94q2ZmAqjdjTIcoNL_7HWDu-Xg25fr_x74Pg2dvH-Winu0t0BB11TsY0FMKggk6m8-PGupz476m7SG2WnpKWjO8oUR7j9Z5vXiBh1MI26lvbo_3WUGFvIDMCQbrJ8hzCWxaeqoMsjIr96Ywn3WIfBYFQXwfKzpR5XT3EdNAVfWkvByroTtWDGthoGlxe03FJXPy7qzf8." To resolve: Even though allowedProxyHosts had hosting Server's entry included, we added it again copying the value from the failed request in Network trace: lea-agshosting.services.esriaustralia.com.au Hope this helps! Irina.

We had exactly the same error in single machine configuration. AGS 10.7.1 GeoEvent 10.7.1 When loading GeoEvent Manager page it was throwing the same error. ArcGIS GeoEvent Server is waiting for a connection to the Zookeeper. If this takes too long, contact System Administrator to make sure Gateway is properly running After a bit of digging, we found that ArcGIS Server had an old certificate in it's keystore that was corrupted. ArcGIS Server Admin was still showing the old certificate entry which was returning "Error accessing certificate" when try to access the details (ArcGIS Server was set to use new valid CA certificate). For some reason GeoEvent was still picking that one up, even though it should have had inherited ArcGIS Server's current valid certificate. Uninstalling, deleting all remaining folders under ProgramData\Esri and reinstalling GeoEvent did not help, GE was still picking up the old cert. In our case, the resolution was (unsupported by Esri Tech Support): - Access AGS keystore via Keystore explorer and remove corrupted old certificate from both locations Server\framework\etc\certificates and \arcgisserver\config-store\machines\<MACHINENAME>. - Restart ArcGIS Server service, make sure that corrupted certificate is not listed in AGS Admin anymore. - Uninstall GeoEvent, delete all remaining folders under ProgramData\Esri. - Install GeoEvent. This should allow GE manager to load.

Hi Roland, As far as I know GeoEvent environment and stream services are stable. The browser cert was imported to make sure that I get all certs (root, intermediate, final) imported. I am not sure if it was necessary, but it did help me with StreamServiceOutboundTransport error. Additionally, if you have IE Enhanced Security setting enabled, maybe you could try to turn it off as a test. Thank you, Irina.
