Hi Erwin, thanks for your answer. With further tests we found which platforms run the app properly: - Apple iPAD 10.2 - iOS 13.5.1, Worked - Apple iPhone X - iOS 13.5.1 Worked. - Apple iPhone X - iOS 14.0 Worked. - Apple iPhone 7 - iOS 12.4 Worked. - Apple iPhone 6S - iOS 10.3.2 It didn't work So it must be the target platform, but the only configuration setting seems to be the Cloud Make URL address. Is there anyway to set the target platform through Cloud Make? Thanks in advance, Oscar

Hi I used the Cloud Make to compile an iOS app based on QuickReport template, it doesn't show any error, neither on the analysis nor in the process I accessed the .ipa installer through http://appstudio-ota.arcgis.com directly from Safari on an iPhone After installation, the icon never appears and the App simply doesn't start I already published an APK for Android that runs without any hassle. What could be wrong with the .ipa? Any help will be appreciated

I built the app again and it worked fine, I have access to the .ipa now on the cloud make. I suppose it was due to the long build time, that the token expired, maybe? The good thing is that it's working now

Hi I'm working on a Mac Catalina OS. When I try to compile an Appstudio Quickreport iOS app it throws an error code 498: invalid token. Previously I received three errors in the build process, - the first because of an error in the Provisioning Profile, - the second because the Certificate had an error, - and the last one because the I was using the wrong password. Currently, the Provisioning Profile, Certificate (.p12) and Apple Password are already set (below images), but at the end of the Build process, after 1.5 hours aprox. of building process (and 30 minutes at 99%) it threw the error on the image above What can be wrong? Any help will be appreciated, thanks Oscar

Ok, I found the error. It was because the Feature Layer didn't have a GlobalID field created before adding the attachments tables. On ArcGIS Pro I deleted the attachments tables, created the GlobalID field on the Feature Layer and regenerated the attachments. Curiously enough, neither the Data Collection App nor the Crowdsource Reporter Web App had any issue submitting the reports, but the Quick Report did have it. Maybe this answer will help someone, I found a similar one here: Enable Apply Edits With Global Ids on ArcGIS Feature Services

Hi I'm using Quick Report template on Appstudio, the reports were working ok, but after I added subtypes to the Feature Layer through ArcGIS Pro desktop, the reports are now generating an error at the upload page, and the data never arrives to the server, as seen on the right image (the error message in spanish in the next image says "Add new feature - Error"). This error appears equally on the desktop and in the Appstudio Player on iPhone. I tried without adding an attachment, but it doesn't work either. At some point of the development I compiled the Data Collection app (Data Collection | ArcGIS for Developers) in Xcode and when I run it on an iPhone it can connect to exactly the same Feature Layer URL and upload the reports without error (even including a photo attachment). That's why I doubt there is any configuration error of the Feature Layer. The next image shows the report being saved on Data Collection: When I try to debug the Appstudio project in QT Creator, it shows these lines on the Debugger Console (I suppose the 405 error is the origin of the issue, but I can't be sure): I haven't found any other clue to solve the error, and given the fact that it works fine in the Data Collection app, I'm currently puzzled why this is happening. Any help will be appreciated Oscar

I'm experiencing the same issue here. In my case I deleted the default fields on the Feature Layer Data and because the app is designed for unregistered users, I created new fields to capture the users' basic information: name, last name and ID (in spanish: Nombre, Apellido, Cédula) But the fields are not synchronized on the QuickReport App, I even create a new App from the Template (having changed the fields before) and uninstalled AppStudio, but nothing changes I have already posted this question here Quick Report add setting to report but haven't received any answer, so I decided to post again, any help will be appreciated:

Hi I have two related questions to this topic 1) The Detail Page fields are not corresponding to the Feature Layer table fields defined on AGOL. I deleted all the existing fields of the details page from the table (speed, direction of travel, etc) and added Name, Last Name and ID number fields (nombre, apellido, cédula, in spanish) Is there another way to modify the details page fields? I supposed they were taken from the Feature Layer table fields... 2) The font used on all the titles of the app (multicolore.ttf) is showing ok on all pages when running inside AppStudio, but when I test it on iOS Player it doesn't display properly. The text font (Cabin-regular.ttf) appears to be displaying ok in both versions. Any help will be appreciated

I deleted the app and started again from the QuickReport template. Now it's working properly. Maybe is there any kind of time limit to the Feature Layer for public access? I'm a beginner. Still can't figure out the cause of the issue

Hi I'm getting the same 498 error message when I run the QuickReport template on Windows 10 AppStudio. It also occurs when I launch it inside the iOS Player. In "My Content" section of AGOL I currently have a Web Map (public) and a Feature Layer (public). I had the Feature Layer restricted to Owner and I changed it to Public when I read this post, but the same error keeps showing. I deleted the Feature Layer, created another one, copied and pasted its URL to AppStudio Settings > Properties > Form > Feature Service Address. Initially the error changed to "400 - Invalid URL" and then it returned to 498 error. What am I doing wrong? Oscar
