The MapProgress continues to fire regardless of internet connectivity. I don't observe anything meaningful in the behavior of the event.

Given an intermittent connection where a layer may not be able to load data, how can loading failures be acted upon? E.g. I have one ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer in my Map that has initialized and loaded the current extent correctly. I lose my internet connection and change the map's extent. The new tiles fail to load. Given this particular example, the TiledLayer.TileLoading event does not report any errors and I am not seeing anything that identifies the failure. I am interested in a solution for any layer type that may dynamically load data.

To reproduce using sample http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/silverlight/samples/start.htm#MouseCoords: Press the left mouse button down on a point on the map Drag the cursor to a new position When the map is done moving look at the cursor coordinates The problem can be reproduced with the ShowCoordinatesBehavior. The problem can be mitigated to some extent by updating the coordinates on the left mouse up event. Any ideas for resolution?

I'm using the ESRI.ArcGIS.Client .NET api version 2.1.0.446. When performing an asynchronous request on the geometry service where the HTTP Accept-language header is french I receive the following error. {"error":{"code":400,"message":"Unable to complete Buffer operation.","details":["'distances' parameter is invalid"]}} Example failing request GET /ArcGIS/rest/services/Geometry/GeometryServer/buffer?inSR=4326&outSR=4326&bufferSR=4326&distances=178.412411615277&unit=9001&unionResults=true&geometries=-77.1075924528302%2c39.0304150943396&f=json& HTTP/1.1
