Sounds good. I was able to somewhat accomplish what I needed by setting the editable fields on the map popup configuration. The main feature of the form that I was looking to accomplish was to conditionally show and require a field based on the selection in another field. I want to require an approved date when the approved status is selected. I'm having to use triggers on the database now to handle this. I would say around 20-30 features max would be edited at once. The number of fields is 2-6 depending on the permissions of the user.

I have a Form defined in the Field Maps web app that conditionally displays a required date field when a certain value is selected. When editing a single feature in the iOS app, this works as expected. When editing multiple features, it appears that Field Maps defaults back to the popup configuration defined in the map. How can I use the Field Maps form when editing multiple features?

+1. We would select multiple line segments in a ROW inspection app and could take a picture down a line of spans.

I wanted to do this as well and was not able to get it to work. We have a check request form where I want to hide a group of controls by default on the initial request. When editing the request, I wanted to change the hidden field value to show the controls, but the hidden field is not set when passed in the URL when the form is in edit mode. In my case, there is an enhancement coming in 3.10 that adds more URL parameter capabilities. One of them is an action parameter with the options collect, edit, view and copy. I haven't tested it yet, but my hope is that I can use the action parameter to hide the controls in 'collect' mode and then show them in 'edit' mode. Right now I'm relying on parameters on the initial collection to hide the controls, which any savvy user could figure out can be removed to display them. Luckily this form is internal to our organization only and the hidden controls are more workflow controls than sensitive information. Maybe you'll be able to use the action parameter in the 3.10 release to calculate your status field? You might want to join the Early Adopter program and try it out. Hope this helps. Brian

I would like to have the ability to customize what shows up in the gallery, and also what order it shows up in. For example, we would like to prioritize commonly used apps and maps on the home page. Some of the items in our assigned groups do not need to show up on the main home page. Thanks Abby

We are super excited for the update notifications. We've already beta tested and provided feedback. A question about the 'No more random log outs' fix. We experienced this in Explorer as well as Survey123. Is this same fix being applied to all apps or just Survey123? Thanks!

The I in the objectId parameter needs to be capitalized. Try "?mode=edit&objectId={ObjectId}"

Ismael, Both my parent and child tables/layers have their own GlobalID field. My geodatabase relationship was 1 to many. Initially I set the relationship between the parent and child layer/table to GUID for both. I made the change to have the parent layer set to GlobalID and the child table to GUID. However, I recieved a different error this time: would you like me to send over the excel spreadsheet and link associated with the survey?

When I create a new survey and publish it to ArcGIS online, I am able to edit repeats in that survey [after it has been submitted]. However, when I publish a feature service from ArcMap to ArcGIS online (we do this through ArcGIS Rest API), I am unable to edit repeats in the submitted survey. In other words, surveys with hosted feature layers on ArcGIS online allow edits to repeats on submitted surveys. If the feature layer is not hosted in ArcGIS online, I am unable to edit submitted surveys with repeats. Is this a known restriction or bug for Survey123? This survey must be completed through the web, not the app. Here are some examples below: Below is the error message I receive when I try to edit repeats on a submitted survey that is not a hosted feature service When I create and publish a survey from an existing feature service, it creates a folder containing a web map and the survey form. This is the one I am not able to edit repeats on. For this survey, I am able to edit repeats after it has been submitted. This was created from a new survey. Thank you -Abby

"BUG-000118801 An existing secured ArcGIS Server feature service added to ArcGIS Online with credentials saved is not be able to attach images when using the web browser to submit the survey (the data is submitted, but not the attachments)." I was pleasantly surprised to see this issue fixed with the new update. However, I updated Survey123 and the issue still occurs. When I submit the survey using the web browser, the attachment does not go through. I am getting the "Failed to submit - Object is missing" error. The rest of the survey data submits with no issues. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you

I'm having an issue with passing dates into a Survey123 form via URL from a web map. My survey is based on a feature service that is hosted on our on-premises ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 server. The form has 4 dates that are set by the user. When I pass the dates into the Survey123 native form (windows and iOS), they are a day behind what is passed in. IT doesn't appear we have the same issue with the web form. Here are the date fields from the XLS Form: I also have a web map that takes the existing fields and passes them into the Survey123 native app via URL. I do this so the user can change one field but keep others, but we will have a way to know that the updates have taken place so it submits as a new Survey. This is the popup in the web app: This is the URL in the Open in Survey123 link (redacted for privacy): arcgis-survey123://?itemID=99999 &field:DateStarted=10/01/2019 &field:DateFinished=10/01/2019 &field:ScheduledWork=10/01/2019 &field:ScheduledWorkEndDate=10/01/2019 And this is what the form looks like when it opens in the windows or iOS app: Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried embedding the link to edit a survey in an operations dashboard but I get a 404 error when it tries to load. However, I can copy the URL out of the chrome developer tools, paste it in a new tab, and the survey will load. This does not happen when I am signed in as the survey owner though. Any ideas on why this is happening? My users are very much looking forward to this feature.

Interesting. I didn't make any changes to the stakeholder view but when I add it to a map I don't see any data. I don't receive any errors or anything when it's added either. The other feature layer with the survey works for that user. How can I fix the stakeholder layer?

Thanks for the suggestion. I have the survey shared with our entire organization for both Viewers and Submitters and the user still can't see anything on the data page.
