I would also add my 2cents to get this updated. It is easy for me to send out new surveys to non-esri users and they can down load the app and the survey and start submitting data immediately. However, when I update the survey (and I had to due to the app updates and bugfixes) and have the users download the update, a signin is needed. This has been very confusing to users as they try any old password to try and get in (thinking they must have used one earlier) and nothing happens. I have even had users try the forgotten password path, but nothing happens there, as they are not esri users, so there is no stored password.... This seems a broken system, and needs an update! Hi I control a large database of Statewide data. I need to take the 'master' layer (a feature layer collection) and generate multiple child view layers for each county within the state. We use view layers so when we update the master layer, all the views will change with it. Normally I can go into AGOL and do this one by one, by filtering the master by county, then saving each filtered layer independently. However there are 70 counties, and I don't want to do this by hand, and as I am learning Python, I decided to lean into it. It started well: I could create county views from the master layer: I could query each newly minted view layer by county but when I try to save the query to a new layer ok - more then one way skin the cat - I try to delete all the unwanted features from the original child view layer Feels like I am missing something fundamental here, but I admit to being stuck. Can anyone help? Howard

Yes - It shows the license as signed in ( and available for signing out). I assume it is signed in (Is there any other way to check?) I have signed in and out of my organization a few time to try and reset this, but to no avail. Howard

Hi Folks I have a non-commercial ArcGIS account, and named user license for ArcGIS Pro. I have been able to work offline in the past, but recently I have not been able to take it offline. I get this warning: Right before it comes up, the line under the request box in ArcGIS pro actually says I am authorized I have tried everything I can think of, but no luck, and no luck finding any info. I am the admin, yet I cannot find a way to reset from the Online management of license page... I have never authorized on another computer. The only thing I can think of, is I authorized a different license of Pro (from another AGOL organization that I need to lift some layers to), but then sign out of that one, and back into my non-comm account. Could that have caused the issue with this license? Any Help would be appreciated! Howard

I am having the same issue. My survey needs to gather data from public, yet cannot supply that same data back to the public. Through trial and error (with a named account and a public account) I found the same settings as above. I did wonder why some data was visible even when I had the Editors can see only their own features, but the explanation about anonymous explains it. So I have the settings as above except editors can see no features, even those they add. I can still see all the data in the AGOL feature under the data tab, and I can see the analysis in Survey123 for ArcGIS app, but interestingly enough I can no longer see the data in the data tab in Survey123 for ArcGIS app - seems I have locked myself out of it, even though I am the owner! I echo the need to make this ability to gather data from the public, yet keep it non-accessible to anyone who creeps through the list of layers in AGOL Howard
