I apologize for leaving this discussion open for a while. To give you more context, I am attempting to go through all of the services to extract a bulk attribute called 'lastModified'. This attribute will provide me with information on when each service was last published. I was initially trying to accomplish this task through the ArcGIS API, but I'm still struggling to figure it out.

It has been confirmed that this issue was a bug in version 11.1 and has been resolved in version 11.2 (Reference: BUG-000165238) When ArcGIS Enterprise Portal is configured with SAML (Azure AD) and in Azure the Logout URL is set, upon signing out users will get a server error 404 – File or directory is not found instead of the Portal Sign Out page Workaround solution is to leave the logout URL blank in Azure AD.

As it turns out that this is a known bug issue. If you have versioned data and your service is set to create versions based on user names, downloads will fail if the username exceeds a certain length. BUG-000157028 - Replica versions created through feature services using the Create Replica operation in ArcGIS REST APIs have a limit of 30 characters, not the 64 characters documented for the version's geodatabase system table.

I am seeking assistance to validate the functionality outlined in the documentation (https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/11.1/publish-services/windows/deploying-custom-python-packages.htm) regarding the deployment of custom Python packages within ArcGIS Server. I have followed the instructions, including cloning the Python environment on each server machine as specified. However, upon configuring a specific ArcGIS Server service to utilize the custom environment and attempting to submit a job, it appears to default to the default Python environment. I was that it defaults to the default python environment only if it can't access the custom environment. Also, we have a single all-in-one development ArcGIS Enterprise environment and didn't encounter any issues configuring a single geoprocessing service with our cloned Python environment.

I believe through the replica rest end points, you should be able to tell which one belongs to who.

I am just testing my luck here to see if anyone has encountered this offline map downloading issue in ArcGIS Field maps in the past. We have a feature service with a single feature class configured with traditional versioning and on the feature service configuration it is setup for offline map use. We have noticed that when the feature service is set to 'Create a version for each user', the offline map download will fail. The offline map would be downloaded if it is set to 'Create version for each download map'. I understand that setting the feature service with 'create a version for each download map', is a more common configuration and it is something we can definitely entertain as a workaround, but it would be nice to understand why setting it to 'create a version for each user' would cause the offline map to download to fail. Thanks

We just finished upgrading from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 to 11.1, and there's a bit of a hiccup that's bothering us. When a user logs out using their Enterprise Login via the Microsoft Azure Portal, they're signed out but immediately gets a redirect to a 404 error page that says 'File or directory not found.' Oddly enough, this wasn't an issue in 10.9.1 but has popped up in 11.1. Has anyone else run into this? Any insights or fixes would be greatly appreciated!

As I explore the ArcGIS API for Python, I'm trying to find a way to extract specific details from all my web services at once. Despite my efforts, I haven't found a straightforward solution. This may sound a little bit silly on my end, but my primary objective is to retrieve the 'last modified' dates of each service under my purview. While I've been able to access this data through the admin REST endpoint, I'm unsure how to extract this using Python. Any insights or guidance on how to accomplish this in Python would be greatly appreicated. Thanks in advance Sam Python learner

Hi Philip, late post here, but wanted to followup on your old response here. Will ArcGIS Enterprise deployment eventually be able to participate in many collaborations including multiple ArcGIS Online Organizations? I understand that it is still limited to one ArcGIS Online Portal thus far. Sam

Hello, the log does not indicate any issues, but I was able to figure it out at the end. This took me a while to figure out since there wasn't a lot of documentation that definitively explains this, but the shared instances are powered by the DynamicMappingHost Service in the System tool, which had malfunctioned and needed to be repaired/replaced.

I'm experiencing an issue where services configured on shared instances have now become inaccessible. It seems as though the ArcGIS Web Adaptor cannot access the required property to recognize that the service is configured as a Shared Instance, leading it to believe that the server machines are unavailable. Although reconfiguring the service with the dedicated instance setting makes the REST URL accessible again, it is at a cost of using more server resources temporarily. I would like to find out if there is a permanent solution to fix the shared instance since they're no longer working anymore. It's more likely that I will submit a support ticket, but I wanted to see if anyone has encountered this before. I should mention here that we're running ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 and our config and directory stores reside in a dedicated file server that resides separately from the ArcGIS Server machines. It's a multi-machine ArcGIS Server site. Thanks!
