Oh well. It's not really important for our puposes at this time, but in a future incarnation, it would be great to have. Guess the server is just not set up for handling postal codes. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response! The postal code is the Canadian version of a zip code. The format is alternatng letters/numbers and is six digits long with a space. i.e A1C 5S7 . At the moment addresses in Canada appear like this:

In the eLocate widget, is there any way to control the level of zoom on a lat/long point? It zooms in beyond the resolution of my base map. And is there any way to accommodate postal codes in the address fields? At the moment, it only displays the first three characters.

Mardi, If you have ArcGIS 10.1 (or later) on your intranet (i.e. with access to your internal services), the normal Print Widget (as of version 3.0) can use it to print PDF, PNG etc of your internal map services. http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/flex-viewer/concepts/index.html#/Print_widget/01m300000036000000/ Thanks Bjorn..I was making it overly complicated. ESRI help wasn't intuitive - all I had to do was change the task url. I thought it was a separate widget - I didn't realize that it was built inside the Print Widget I already had.

Hi, I am working on an intranet application and it appears from everything I have read I can't use the enhanced version of print because my services are not visible to the public - only within our organization behind a firewall. I would like to give users the ability to export to PDF, PNG etc because the built in widget is not that great. Does anybody know if there is such a widget and where I might find the code? Thanks! Mardi

Thank you so much for this. Thought I was doing something wrong. All it took was to turn off the geoprocessing. Thanks again!
