Any update on what's going on here?? An email went out saying that this post would be updated, but the 'results posted' date is still wrong, showing March 12th for the ArcGIS Online Administration Associate. When can people expect to see the results of this exam??

Hi Bill, Documentation for this workflow is still up to date: "The update action does not incorporate schema changes to the map area. For schema changes, re-create the offline map area." You might not necessarily always experience sync failures if there is a schema mismatch between the offline edits in the replica and the parent service (depends on the edits and the schema changes), but it is certainly best practice to keep the offline map areas up to date to avoid failures.

Question: If ArcGIS Online provisions users with "utility services" to perform certain tasks; and Utility Services consume credits in some instances; and Some ArcGIS Experience Builder widgets can connect to utility services in order to function; then WHICH ONES WILL CONSUME OUR CREDITS? Answer: The following widgets can consume credits when used through ArcGIS Experience Builder (ArcGIS Online only) Directions: The 'routing' utility service consumes credits Must be a signed-in ArcGIS Online user to use the tool Business Analyst: Configuring this widget with the 'geoenrichment' service consumes credits Must be a signed-in ArcGIS Online user to use the tool Analysis: This widget's built-in spatial analysis tools consume credits. Every tool has an Estimate credits button, which you can use to see how many credits an analysis will consume before you run it, located above the Run and Back buttons. The button indicates if an analysis does not consume credits. Must be a signed-in ArcGIS Online user to use the tool Add Data (subscriber content): ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World includes three levels of content: publicly available content, subscriber content, and premium content. Subscriber content, such as Landsat 8 imagery, requires an organizational subscription account to access. Premium content is subscriber content that consumes credits, such as demographic and lifestyle layers. The widget prompts the user to sign in if they try to add subscriber content Documentation for understanding credit use in ArcGIS Online: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/administer/credits.htm

Hi @Michael_Knapp this is certainly possible in ArcGIS Dashboards (see: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/ops-dashboard/real-time/arcade-tips-for-tables-in-arcgis-dashboards/), however customisation of your table widget's appearance using Arcade is not yet available in ArcGIS Experience Builder.

Hi @ChristineTombleson1 , there isn't any off-the-shelf functionality allowing us to customise the branding of the web maps that we make available to our field staff through the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app. The best you could do in this scenario is add the title "ShoreWatch" to the name of the web map and you could customise pop-ups in the web map to contain some branding as well. However the mobile app theme can't be customised.

Hi @MOSMOND , What you've described is only possible through using a webhook. Essentially, you would set it up to watch your hosted feature layer for updates in ArcGIS Field Maps, and configure you email app of choice to send a formatted update to your external service provider containing the attributes of your choosing. You can read more about this here: Blog: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/field-maps/field-mobility/arcgis-field-maps-app-for-integromat-released-sept-2021/ Documentation: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/field-maps/latest/prepare-maps/automate.htm And there's a tutorial here: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/field-maps/field-mobility/automate-email-notifications-for-field-updates/

Hi Pat, I submitted an enhancement request for this to Esri Inc back in 2020 as follows: ENH-000134188 - Allow ArcGIS Field Apps to use the Azure Application Proxy with pre-authentication configured to "Azure Active Directory" to connect to Portal. My only advice here would be to reach out to technical support, explain how many users this affects within your organisation (i.e. your use case) and ask for your organisation to be attached to the ENH code referenced above.

Hi @Rayn, Can we confirm the following are true? : Your users are in the field and have un-synced edits, presumably due to some issue with their downloaded replica (offline map area). You've created new offline map areas, and they download successfully, however the edits we're making won't sync. One member of your field staff is still able to successfully submit edits with the original offline map area... Can you expand upon the following: Are we editing a standard hosted feature layer? (i.e. not a view layer, or an ArcGIS Server service?) Are there any differences between the user-type/role of the field users edits who are failing, vs. the field user who is having success? Is this issue on-going? (sorry for the late response!)

In the event that records to fail to send from your mobile device, we need a method for recovering and exporting them, so that they can be appended to the feature layer. These are the steps for an iOS device Install iTunes on your laptop Connect the device to your laptop Open iTunes, click on your device, and navigate to: File Sharing > Apps: QuickCapture > select the “ArcGIS” folder > 'Save' it to a local directory Within that folder, locate a file with a ".qcr" (QuickCapture Recovery) extension. Rename this file with a ".zip" extension, and then extract the data locally. Within the unzipped folder, find the sqlite database containing the orphaned records. For an Android device, the process is the same. However we can use File Explorer instead of iTunes.

You would just need to use the app's URL and paste it into an appropriate iframe for your website... Be sure that the web app's sharing level is appropriate (e.g. public) so that the website's audience can see it.

Just based off your screenshot, looks like you might have issues with the field names: date block segment begin Just for the sake of troubleshooting, can you please give those fields a more unique name and publish a new survey from the XLSForm, and then test to see if survey submissions are successful?
