Robert Scheitlin, GISP Thank you so much for sharing this widget. I used the code as a starting point and would like to modify it a little bit further. Is it possible to add a sign in option as the first thing that the user sees when they open this widget? The idea is to use this widget to share secure data on a public app.A subset of the users would search this data after signing in. The widget would also be publicly shared but wont show any of its tabs until the user has signed in using their ArcGIS enterprise credentials. I tried to secure this widget through portal groups but as soon as I added it to the public app and reloaded it, the login credentials were required. I also attempted to integrate this code from ArcGIS API for JS 4.12 but was unsuccessful. I wish the apps built through web appBuilder could separate the security of layers, widgets and the app itself. Where a prompt to login only pops-up when the user turns on the secured layer or attempts to open a secured widget. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Hi Khaled, Has there been any update on this feature? We are placing points that have attached documents within polygons and joining them by an attribute. I am hoping that the new joined feature which is a polygon can have access to the points documents. Thanks,

I'm looking for the same thing. In my search for KPI's around GIS specifics and the clients / business operations it supports I haven't found much in terms of direct GIS related KPI's. I have found information on how to use GIS to demonstrate KPI's for other things such as asset management for example which isn't what I'm after. To give some context to individuals in the organization around GIS and to demonstrate the effectiveness of GIS to the organization KPI's would be valuable in doing so. I would appreciate any suggestions. thx.

Currently when you go to the mobile home page for our organization all of the public items are being shown. This includes images, feature layers, maps and apps. The mobile site is currently showing 47 items by default. This differ's greatly from the desktop home page which only show 8 web applications that we have made public. I don't see any ArcGIS Online options to force the mobile home page to show the same items that are shown on the desktop home page. We would like these two sites to match and it is confusing to our users when they go to the mobile site. These two sites need to reflect the same information because they use the same URL to access them. This difference has caused confusion and resulted in user's not wanting to use the mobile home page. Is there a setting I am missing that will allow for only the featured public web applications to be shown on the mobile homepage?

This turned out to be data problems at the specific zoom scale. It would be helpful if the ArcGIS Pro layer let you know what layer was giving the problem rather then just a generic error message.

I am trying to create and publish a locally cached web layer using the "Publish Web Layer" sharing function in ArcGIS Pro 2.1.1 and I am getting a "Failed to cook tiles" error. I have a min scale of level 9 and a max scale of level 16. The tiling is failing on level 15 at 55%. I have performed this twice and it has failed at 55% each time. The drive I am doing the local cache on is my 😧 drive and it has 460 GB free. I have also tried just tiling the level 15 scale and the process will still fail at 55%. There are 21 layers that are in the tiling and are to be used as a base map. The geometry in the layers are SQL Server driven. Is there a reason why the local caching is failing? Could a specific geometry/styling in the 55% tiles be causing it to crash? Thanks for the help.

Hi Rupert, has this feature been implemented yet? I would like to add the feature search to the template hosted on ArcGIS Online instead of downloading, customizing and hosting on our server. If not, is there a timeline or workaround? Thanks, City of Grande Prairie ArcGIS Online Admin

Hi everyone, I have been able to create a story map tour using this approach but for some reason, it has a hard cap of 99 points. Is there are a way we could show more 99 points on a story map tour? We have more than 99 playgrounds in our city and we would like to use a picture-driven story map to present them. Thanks in advance,
