Hello @TomasL44 you can make any unit in the indoor map bookable. If the ASSIGNMENT_TYPE of the particular room that you plan to repurpose as a lactation station is set to Null or Not Assignable, you can enable assignment for it in Space Planner (see screenshot). Following that, you can create a Hotel named Lactation Stations and then assign that room to that area and optionally, assign people to it too and restrict bookings so only a limited number of people can book it. This way you can ensure it is used only for its intended purpose by those who need that space. In this example, I am repurposing a storage room (has full privacy) by enabling assignment. You can even edit other attributes from the Properties view, if needed.

@KadeSmith thanks a lot for the responses. @AbhyanshuGupta I'm hoping the responses above helped. I noticed you mentioned 'in my case ASSIGNMENT_TYPE field is null'. I'm not sure how you loaded/populated your indoor database but that field has coded domain values and the value should be set to None by default for all rooms you want to manage in Space Planner for example office units, work pods etc.. and all other rooms should be set to Not Assignable for example, Kitchens, Restrooms etc.. You can then set the symbology of the Units layer based on ASSIGNMENT_TYPE field such that None, Office, Hotel, Hot Desk, Not Assignable have unique colors. The Indoors Product Data includes a map template for this to help you get started. Now when you make a room an office, its color will change from the one set for None to the one set for Office. Same goes with other assignment types. This would give you a comprehensive view of the space utilization across your floors in all your buildings.

Hello @AbhyanshuGupta I'm hoping @KadeSmith's response was helpful. If yes, then Accept as Solution to help direct other community members. Alternative to the above, you can maintain a separate column in the same layer instead of creating a new table and use the values in that column for labeling. You can populate the values in that column in various ways (Arcade, Python etc..)

Hello @AbhyanshuGupta for true Asset Tracking, you need to use fix/stick hardware to your assets and use the vendor provided technology to create a feature layer and constantly update location value. You can then add the layer to your indoor map so it available in Indoor Viewer. You will need to research available options. Some examples are Zebra and Fujitsu. IPS provides a blue-dot on the mobile device to know where you are while using the app which is different from asset tracking. On the other hand, you can use Survey123 or Field Maps to manually update the location of some assets so they are reflected in Indoor Viewer.

@OttK if you want to duplicate the Units layer and give it a different name with different symbology and you want the buttons to show up in the info panel then you need to create a category for that layer. You can also consider using point layer and symbology to show the status or sensor readings and place it in the middle of the rooms so that way you do not need a duplicate Units layer. You can keep unit polygon symbology consistent in your map and you don't have to maintain different layers in the map.

Hi @ReshmiMukherjee I wanted to follow-up to ask if you were able to get this working? I was particularly interested in knowing why you were performing this step? Created a domain (all the LEVEL_IDs for the building) for the LEVEL_ID field. The value of the field would be passed as parameter to the Units layer and populate the rest of the fields in the asset layer. Thereby making the asset layer dynamically floor aware. Anyways, FieldMaps supports collecting floor-aware features since a few releases. I have included a short demo below. Unless I am missing something, you should not need to pass the level info.

Hello @OttK. Yes, the Indoor Viewer app expects only one Units layer with the exact name which is described Note section of the documentation for Prepare a map for Indoor Viewer. In order to suggest a workable solution for your use case, may I know if you want to duplicate the Units layer with different symbology as you intend to make just one app but for different users who can then only make the one Unit layer relevant to them visible to suit their needs? There are a few possible alternatives that I can suggest once you provide some more info.

Hello @PierreloupDucroix what you see in ArcGIS Online is expected. The list will appear as soon as there are at least two (needs more than 1 - nothing to pick from if only 1). Note that the name of the Facility is available when you click Browse (Parcourir).

Hi @moraa2 .. you can create some Pathway features and give it another try. BTW, pathway lines are used for snapping the blue dot. You don't need to worry about complicated pathway generation. Just digitize some lines in the middle of hallways. You will also need to make sure that the Pathways feature class has the IPS field with the correct domain. Also, you can post a comment in the GitHub repo where the samples are hosted to get responses.

Hello @MichaelJenkins thanks for the clarification. Please post the ideas. As for Collab Tables, you could model them as Meeting spaces. This way, one person can book an office hotel for themselves and the same person can also book the Meeting tables for a few hours that overlap the office hotel booking. As for office hotels, each person can book and manage the reservation for themselves or for others if they are a Reservation Manager but they can't make two bookings for themselves for the same time or for a visitor. That would be a good enhancement. Hope this helps.

Hello @YaraBathish, I would like to one more point to what @Suleyman-Arslan has already posted (very helpful post Suleyman!). The Share Mobile Map package tool has the 'Clip' choice selected by default. If Clip is selected then only the data that is visible in the map gets packaged. Typically, users make a mistake when they run the tool with the 'Clip' option checked while the map is zoomed in such that only a room or a part of the building is visible in the map instead of the entire site or facility. This results in the same experience of missing data or floor filter that you are encountering. May I know if you had Clip selected or another option selected when you created the mobile map? Also, what version of ArcGIS Pro are you using? I am assuming you have the latest version (v1.13) of the Indoors mobile app on iOS and Android. - Gaurav

Hello @MichaelJenkins .. can you please elaborate why the same person, who is not a Reservation Manager, would want to book two spaces for them for the same time so we can understand better? You would be happy to know that the upcoming release of Indoor Viewer will honor the room capacity. So if the capacity is 3 then those many people can book the same space for the same time - but they will need to be different people.
