Thank you and please forgive my ignorance since I am entirely self taught with GIS. My issues is I want the aerial backgrounds from the ESRI basemaps, but I want my web map to be in a different coordinate system than the standard web mercator. That is where my hold up appears to be in creating the required basemap for sharing the map to AGO.

My company is currently using a Trimble DA2 for field data locating and stakeout for geotech testing and there is some horizontal and vertical placement issues since ArcGIS Online uses the Webmercator coordinate system and we use NAD PASF83. I know I can make a map in ArcGIS Pro and publish for use in Field maps for data collection, but are we able to still use the ESRI basemap imagery if it is in a different coordinate system? ArcGIS Pro doesnt allow the export of the map to the web if it has a basemap since the coordinate systems differ.

You appear to be incorrect in that a report was not created even though it showed no error. How do you correct the Survey123 connection expiring without recreating the entire flow?

I am running into the same error. Ive had no issues previously and now it wont upload the file from url. When i try to edit the flow it then trys to add an "apply to each" function for some reason. Did Power Automate make a change that messed up these flows?

I figured out i needed to select "submittedRecord" from the list of Survey123 outputs for it to grab the correct data. I have it all set up now and it creates a new CSV file saved into my Onedrive account. If anyone wants to see for future reference below is my automation process.

I do not have a repeat in my survey. Each form submission creates an individual record so not sure if that would work for my situation. I want each submitted record to be turned into its own CSV file and then sent to the FTP site.

I have a client that is using a form we created in Survey123 but they need to have the data sent to an FTP site in a csv form to be uploaded in an overall system that keeps track of other sensor and reporting data. I want to use Power Automate to create a new csv file everytime a new report is submitted and then send that out to the FTP site. First issue I am finding is 365 only makes normal .xlsx files and not .csv but there might be a converter I can use. The other i wanted to figure out was how to create a new individual file from possibly a template everytime the report is submitted. Below is what I am thinking so far but when i run the flow without the FTP a new file is created but no data from Survey123 has populated the form. I think another module to add data to excel is needed but it needs to reference an already made excel file which defeats the purpose of what I am looking for.

I am trying to add 6 fields together but for some reason the formula doesnt display a result unless all of the fields have a value. Is there a way to make it return a value even if some of the fields are currently empty since they may not always be used?

I have 8 fields that can possibly be filled with data. I want to grab data from the last field that has data and the coalesce function seems to be the best way to do that but it only works with 2 fields. Is there anyway to do that calculation with more than 2 fields?

I want to have a field that returns a count from 6 different fields based on if there is a value or not. Basically i have a report that has the possibility of collecting field data at 6 different locations but they dont always need to all be used. The field should calculate the number of testing areas based on if the test area name is complete and add them up. This isnt in a repeat so not sure if the count function would work.

I think that might be the problem then since I assumed they are Lat/Long points. Any quick way to do the conversion to make them Lat/Long in AGOL? I know how to do it using ArcMap but trying to make a simple process if possible for those in my company that only have access to AGOL

I have a csv file with simple Lat/Long/Z/Type features but when i try to add it to the map it will create the file but all of the data is missing. If i look at the hosted layer content it just says data error and i cant append in the original content to the file either. Attached is the CSV file and a snip of what it looks like in Content.

I have a report with multiple repeats for collecting data. The two outside columns are not part of the repeat section but it seems the repeat wants to use all of columns in the table. I managed to get it so the report grabs the correct fields using the layer function but it still just repeats it for every row in the table when the report is generated. Anyway to force the repeat to only use the middle 3 columns or do i need to separate the tables? Below is a snip of the report with the two fields that should be separated circled, a preview of the current report, and a snip of what we want the final report to look like
