Found the solution. I was using IE9. Works perfect with Google Chrome. No comments.

Did you try to build it again in a different solution just to see if it was a fluke? what version of studio are you using? i have heard about issues with which was installed first and all that jazz. Thanks for reply Kevin. Using VS2010 Ultimate, Version 10.0.40219.1 SP1Rel Things I've tried with no luck: - Build the default solution and use it's soe generated file. - Rebuild the default solution and use it's soe generated file. - Create new default solution and use it's soe generate file. - Download the "ServerFindNearSOAPSOE" sample from esri and use it's soe file. - Restart the arcgis service. Everything is done in the same machine where the ArcGIS Server is installed: Windows Server 2008 R2, 64bits. Is there any setting needed to add an extension? Any ideas?

Hello everyone, I'm testing the new SEO REST functionality. I created a new project in VS2010 with the SOAP template and a basic "hello world" project was created. After making a build, I'm trying to deploy de .soe with no luck. I'm following these steps: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/index.html#/Deploying_a_server_object_extension/0154000004sm000000/ After step 5 I get the message "Please wait while extension is being added..." but it never leaves. No traces on the log. What could be the problem? Thanks
