I agree. Had a similar situation, same error message. For me, only solution was to have Esri reset license.

Maybe some if/then statements in the report? Check out the thread and links here Survey123: Report Template if then statements - Esri Community

Here's a good article by Ismael Chivite to start with Survey123 Tricks of the Trade: Editing records in a web form And this from the help https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/reference/integratewithotherapps.htm

Have noticed that airplane mode seems to help, too. But it's often not a workable solution for our folks. Derek, your reply makes me think there is a way to set the token expiration in AGOL. Is that something we can do? If not, can we know how log FM will stay logged in consistently so we could tell folks they have 2 weeks, or 30 days?

I want to build a webmap with a point layer and polygon layer. Both layers have a common "zone" attribute. The point layer is collected from a mobile device using Survey123 and assigned a zone. But it's possible for the point to actually fall in a polygon with a different zone attribute. For example, roads or water features are often used as the boundaries of the polygons to separate zone A from zone B. The person collecting the point data might be standing in zone A while making an observation of animals that are in zone B, so the point gets an attribute of B but in the map is overlapped by polygon A. In the map, if possible, I want to symbolize the points by comparing the zone attribute in the point layer with the zone attribute in the overlapping polygon feature. If they are the same, the point is symbolized one way; if they are different it is symbolized another way. The purpose of the map is to indicate to the reviewers which points need to be moved to better reflect the location of the observed animals. Once the point is moved so that it is inside the polygon with the same zone attribute, the symbology would reflect that. Because of the way the data is collected in the field, spending time to adjust the point location while collecting is not a solution. Creating a new point layer so that both zone attributes are in the same layer for comparison is the way I have done this before, but it requires maintenance to keep performing intersects. Thanks for any ideas.

Kevin and James, We are making the same switch. Just wondering if that prediction of not much if any impact held true. Also, we have downloaded forms that are used in the field app. I can not find anywhere in survey's downloaded folder that references the URL of the survey's hosted feature service. In one of the *.info files I can see reference to the orgID, Owner, and a folderID, and wondering if that ties the downloaded survey back to the feature service? How ever it works, I am wondering whether to expect folks to need to redownload surveys for the mobile field app after we switch to https. Thanks for any help Troy .

Oh, and Maybe I should add that it is a hosted feature layer in AGOL.

Hi, I created a survey and feature service using Connect 3.9.120. It's a geoshape. I "create" the project boundary shapes for each feature by appending existing project shapes using ArcGIS Pro. I then send the survey url to others. It is set to open in a browser, and I pass the globalID with the url and have it set to edit mode. This all works, except when the polygon is a multipart. In those cases, the map in the webform only shows one polygon part. Even if I zoom out in the map, the other polygon parts are not displayed. As an example, below is a single feature shown in the Data tab map of survey123.arcgis.com Below is the map showing the multipart polygon in a report generated via survey123.arcgis.com Below is the same feature shown in the webform map And the same webform map zoomed out, showing that the other parts of the feature are not displayed. Is this what I should expect? Or does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for any ideas

We have not this with streams but with habitat areas (polygons) that needed to be multipart. Data was collected in Collector. Our clunky solution was to add a field in the attribute table that was basically multipart? Yes/No. Data collectors answered the question in Collector. In combination with an Area Name filed, we were able to dissolve/merge polygons, sometimes manually when there were typos in the Area Name field. It was not really an automated process, but luckily the project only captures a few hundred polygons a year, and it would not have worked for a project where the multipart shapes had to be multipart right away. If there is a way to do it in an Esri app, I would be interested to know about it.

I have this issue too. The calculations I am trying to run work in Connect, but not after being published and accessed in a browser. I am publishing from Connect version 3.9.120. My form is attached if that helps.
