Thanks Kelly. We'll look into the portal set up on our end and report it if that is in the clear. Appreciate the help!

Hi Kelly Hutchins, looks like we are still having this issue, yes. Hoping this link will work: Attachment Viewer It's in our Portal, not ArcGIS online which I should have mentioned. Thank you for the attention on this. Below I'm pasting what I'm seeing when I go to the link on this page... it won't let me even configure the app so I have no idea what it looks like if it loads. I did ensure everything was set to public.

We're also seeing issues with the Web App templates - Web App Builder is ok, but we can't get templates to load at all - just shows a loading screen. I'm thinking it must be more widespread perhaps...

Hi Travis, thanks for the response. It occurs across several browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer) and machines for admin Portal users. I highly doubt permissions were changed on the log folder since our deployment, but I'll check into that.

I'm having an issue with our Portal logs where nothing is showing up, despite having set the log level to "Verbose" - we originally were able to view queried portal logs. No matter what I do, I'm not seeing the logs online. .log files are being created on the server backend folder that we can see through Windows Explorer, but what would prompt the lack of logs showing up online? Third image - you can see at one point we were able to see them! The account I'm using has admin credentials and has always had admin credentials (no permissions change).

We've recent started to make the jump to managing our stand-alone ArcGIS Server in Pro from previously using just ArcMap. I've been trying to figure out how to publish a mosaic dataset of land cover data to be an image server and allow it to be configured to include pop ups showing a data value (and/or text field showing the class) if you click on it. I'm publishing with an administrator connection, and referencing registered data. I am also including a raster function for symbology in my upload; it should be 8-bit discrete, unique values. We have an existing layer we published out of ArcMap some time ago that's actually now on the Living Atlas (below) where you can see it happily shows pop ups of the land cover class - as far as I can tell, same configurations, also a Image Server, from a mosaic dataset, discrete land cover data... No matter what I've tried, in publishing as an image service, I continue to get errors when I either look at the attribute table in an AGOL map and I can't configure pop ups - all the fields show up, but it says "no information available". Further confounding, when I pull the data from the server back into a fresh ArcPro document, I'm able to see raster values and the mosaic dataset's attribute table just fine. Anyone have any thoughts on why I'm unable to get this to cooperate in ArcGIS Online published on our server? https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=d64b1ee826d64c4b8267d82aa954e190

Will there be a bag check at the conference? Which days, and where does one go for that? And hours for it would be great too. Hoping for Sunday - Friday!
