Wow. That alone seems to have done the trick! Thanks much, Darren.

I am trying to generate the inputs for arcpy.TransposeFields_management and I am running into a problem with the list that feeds the FieldsToTranspose. If I run the tool manually, and then save the code as a python snippet, this is how the fields are specified in the snippet: in_field="A_4431 4431;A_1111 1111" So, I am trying to create a list of my fields that follows that format, but this eludes me. Here is the code I have been working with - see the explanation in the comments for what happens when I run it… # Set local variables InTable = "C:\Distubance\OutTab.gdb\FACTS_Code_2010_1" # Specify fields to transpose FieldNames = arcpy.ListFields(InTable, "A*") OrigFieldNames = [] FieldShortNames = [] for f in FieldNames: OrigFieldNames.append(f.name) FieldShortNames.append(f.name[2:6]) #To generate a list of the old field names and the new, desired field names to use in the Transpose tool, I tried this: FieldsToTranspose = [OrigFieldNames + " " + FieldShortNames for i in xrange(len(OrigFieldNames))] # This generates a nice list, the tool runs and the output table is generated, but that table is empty. # Set a variable to store output feature class or table outTable = "TestTab" # Set a variable to store code field name TransposedFieldName = "FCode" # Set a variable to store value field name ValueFieldName = "AreaM2" # Specify attribute field to be included in the output AttrFields = "ZSID" # Execute TransposeFields arcpy.TransposeFields_management(InTable, FieldsToTranspose, outTable, TransposedFieldName, ValueFieldName, AttrFields) Anyone have an idea how I can either generate the list with the proper formatting in the first place, or modify the list to follow the correct formatting, after I generate it using the method above? Thanks much!

I opened the link you sent in IE and Chrome and I get the same problem as I mentioned with my story map. Here is the link to mine, but it sounds like this is specific to my version of IE perhaps? Other folks in my agency (Forest Service), have also said that the play button is missing when they open it in IE. http://arcg.is/2aZSEHI To see the time aware app section, scroll down a few frames to “Field Season Sampling Progression.” Thanks for helping me trouble shoot…

I have a time aware raster service embedded in a story map. It is working well, except for one small thing - if the story map is opened in Internet Explorer, the time slider play button does not appear. You can click on the area where the play button should live, and the animation will play, but the button is not visible. This is not the case when the story map is opened in Chrome, where the play button is visible. Any thoughts? Is this a bug in the time aware app, by chance?

Here is a link to the story map: https://usfs.maps.arcgis.com/apps/TimeAware/index.html?appid=e4bc757f7f5c40fb82ec923d2fff37e4 I ran it with the developer tools and there are 3 errors and 38 warnings. Here is a screen shot of the warnings: Thanks for any suggestions!

I created a time aware raster mosaic in desktop, published it as an image service on a Forest Service server, made a web map, then made the Time Aware App. Up until this point, everything works. The time slider functions and the images roll through the display, as intended. But my ultimate goal is to include the time aware animation in a Story Map, and when I link to the Time Aware App from my Story Map (using the app's URL), the app takes a long time to load. The time slider will run, but images do not appear. I'm not sure if it matters, but the Story Map is in My Content in my Forest Service AGOL account, and within that, I linked to the Time Aware App, that is on an FS server. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
