Yes, I understand if I share the entire screen, it works, but I have a very large screen (49"), and if I do that what others on Teams see is very small. That is not a solution for me. Neither is changing my screen resolution before a Teams meeting. ESRI and Microsoft need to get together to fix this in my humble opinion.

When I share my ArcPro screen during a Teams call, the other members on the call only see a black screen. This does not happen in Zoom calls. Any suggestions?

So this seems to have worked. I used a "adjust frame" fitting strategy. I think it would be nice to see a message something like "Current fitting strategy will alter font sizes selected" Thank you for your assistance!

All the same font type. I don't understand your second question. I have an inserted legend. I size the title (the word "Legend") as shown below

Aubri, Yes, "Embed Font" is checked in the export panel for all four layouts. For one of 4 layouts, I needed to increase the title font size to 28 points to make it look similar in size to the other with a title font size set to 20 points.

I set the size of the title font size to 20 pts. in all of my layouts (there are 4 different layouts). I'm creating each of the layouts from the same map content. However, when those 4 layouts are exported to PDF (all 8.5 x 11-page sheets), the size of the word "Legend" is not the same in each PDF. I don't understand why. I need to create consistent-looking exhibits each time. What am I missing?

I have a slightly different but related issue. For me it is ONLY an issue when attempting share via MS Teams. I have no issues with Zoom. Sharing the entire screen (mine is a 49" widescreen) just isn't the answer. Can ESRI work with MS Team and develop a solution?

I have a number of layers (>100) of data in my ArcMap.MDX project table of contents(TOC). I have a study area that is a small subset of the geographic extent of the various data layers. I need to create a PDF that displays each layer in the TOC one at a time. I need each PDF to keep the same zoom level as my study area. I'd like to automate the process. I tried "data driven pages" but I can't cycle thru the layers automatically. I looked at modelbuilder but could not figure out how to cycle thru the layers in the TOC. I also didn't see a print to PDF part of modelbuilder. I can't imagine others haven't needed to do something similar. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
