Hello All, Just wondering if there is a way to create a user defined query on the dashboard? For example, input name to search in list of records. Respectfully, Eric

Hello All, Is there a way to add fields or answers to the post-submit screen? For example, the survey calculates if the submitter passes or fails and I would like show that in the post submit screen. Thanks Eric

Hello all, I added and image to a note field in connect and am wondering if I can resize it? It seems to make it very large in the survey. I tried resizing the image but it still filled provided space with large image. Regards, Eric

Hello All, I see you can use a form to collect data and edit submitted survey data. What I was wondering is can you scan using a barcode and open an existing feature from a feature service? For example I have a feature service of lights and I create a form based off of that feature service. Then a worker can go out and scan the barcode on light and pull up data from feature service to use or edit. Respectfully, Eric

Hello all, I would like to have a Survey 123 form, i.e. "Work Request Form" to create an assignment for the dispatcher to review and assign. I created the form from the assignments feature service but when I submit it tells me that it will not except null values for the assignment type field. I would like to set the default value on that to something but not sure how to do that. I thought that you could do that on an older version. Respectfully, Eric

Hey All, I have been looking to solve this problem and can't seem the right answer. Is there a way or how do you send a response to the user who submitted the form? I have created a survey in connect that asks the user some simple questions and then passes or fails them. I would like to respond to the user what their status is PASS/FAIL directly to their phone or device. Right now I do use MS Flow to send them an email. Hope someone can help Thanks Eric

Thanks for the response. I didn't realize you could add a carriage return after the last field and still have it work. Thanks again, Eric

Hello All, I have a feature report that I formatted but am having a problem with the formatting for a repeat (related table). I get it to cycle through all the fields just fine but it mashes the last two fields together into one string. Is there a good way to format that so it does not do that? syntax Key Leaders: ${#key_leaders}${position} ${pos_title} ${name} ${telephone}${/key_leaders} Results Position Title Name PhonePosition Title Name Phone

Hello All, So I have a model that Iterates through a GDB and then strip out unwanted fields and then adds a field and populates it with the name of the origin feature class. This works as expected. However, what I would like to do is run the "Calculate Field" tool and still use the inline variable but remove the first part of it. (i.e. Site_26105 to 26105). How can I accomplish this? Respectfully, Eric

This is what I was trying. I know I am missing something because it just overwrite the output feature class to the last feature class in the GDB

Hello All, I am trying to merge several feature classes together via model builder. All feature classes are stored in same work space GDB. What I want to do is iterate though that GDB, because number of feature classes in GDB are subject to change, and then merge all feature classes together. Any ideas how to handle this logic? Respectfully, Eric
