Hello Luke, I have good news....You can edit ESRI basemaps. https://developers.arcgis.com/vector-tile-style-editor This website is the ArcGIS Vector Tile Style Editor and allows you to edit basemaps and save them in your content. You can remove place names, change the color, increase size....The customization is slightly overwhelming. All you need to do is select the basemap you want to edit and then click on individual items to edit these specific items. Don't forget to click Save as after you edit a basemap so you don't lose your changes. Have fun! -Eric

Shannon, I lowered the display resolution in the advanced scaling setting on my monitor from 3840x2160 to 1920x1080 and the DRC points along with the streets and parcels draw fast and furious like a full court press. This resolution switch actually caused my Lot of Records map to sync up as well. Chris in IT got the turnover and came through with the buzzer beater to send our ORG to the N(IT) play-in game. From sadness to March Gladness.

Hey gang, I have a question. How do I clip out the outer nonsense of a TIN. Basically I want to keep just my area and clip out everything outside of the area. In the past I could turn on 3D Analyst and go to Create/Modify TIN -> Add Features to TIN but now it's not an option. We have upgraded to 10.3 recently so this option could be located somewhere else. If someone could please help me out I would be most appreciative. ~ej

Marc, I would start by analyzing some census data (census.gov), looking at demographic and age data as Sephe said earlier. I think you would also want to analyze population data as well being that your site selection would be dependent upon people. Census has downloads by county on there website.
