Thank you. I am not sure which the first two you are talking about. But the table was constructed by the OD Matrix. It is possible that some locations are very close to each other. In this case, the OD Matrix should give me approximately 0 km distance.

Hello, I have approximately 6000 locations in Port-Au-Price, Haiti with their coordinates. I need to calculate the distance matrix (real driving distances) for these location. I have street data from this link. I created a network dataset using this shape file. Before loading all locations to the OD Cost Matrix, I just selected 10 locations to verify to distances, initially. When I run the OD Cost Matrix, it doesn't give the full distance matrix. But I need to get the distances from all origins to all destinations. I think the primary problem is the quality of the road map I am using. I make the search tolerance 500 meters. You can see the attribute table and the lines below that I am getting. Could you please help me to create a full distance matrix for 6000 locations? I really appreciate any help you can provide on this. I have attached my data. Thank you.

I skipped Elevation and turned the Network Analyst Extension again. It seems it works now, but since I have 6000 locations and none of them were clustered , it takes so much time even loading origin and destination locations. I'm still waiting for loading the locations into OD Cost Matrix. We will see how it will go. I will let you all know about this. Thank you so much for your help!

No, I didn't get any errors, but when I try to use the network analyst tool, it was grayed out. I think I couldn't build the network correctly from the street data. Maybe it wasn't a right dataset. By the way, I forgot to attach my locations, I fix this.

Actually, I found street data from this link. I did follow the network analyst tutorial, but I couldn't build a network dataset from this.

Hi I'm new to ArcGIS, and I have just some basic knowledge about it. I have approximately 6000 locations with their coordinates (latitude and longitude), and I want to calculate the distance matrix for these location, but I need road (driving) distances not Euclidean. Please see the attached Excel file. I know I need to use the ArcGIS extension Network Analyst, which has a OD Cost Matrix option. I can plot my locations, no problem with that. But I cannot find a Haiti (Port-au-Prince) network dataset to calculate the distance matrix. I have tried to find online Haiti driving layers and different options including using openstreetmap. And it didn't work out, network analyst functions grayed out. Could you please help me? I need this distance matrix for my dissertation. Thanks,
