Maybe I'm wrong but I think I tried it both with the Split Polygon Without a Selection turned on and off and the error happened both times. However, I found it happened more consistently when I have it on so I have left it off all day today and the error hasn't happened again. I know some of the tools have new names in Pro so I thought maybe the Split in the Modify Tools was the wrong tool to use but based on what you and Dan have said, sounds like it is the same tool as Cut Polygon in ArcMap

Thanks for the quick response! I think I did not explain well enough; I was trying to use the Modify Feature - Split. Despite the cutting line touching two different points across the polygon (me trying to cut it in half) it spits back the error I mentioned. However, when I shut everything down and came back to my work this morning, it had no problem splitting (or cutting, if using ArcMap lingo) the polygon in half. Maybe a random error?

I am slowly moving some of my organization's digitizing projects to Pro as a way to familiarize myself with the new software. However, I can't seem to simply cut a polygon in half using the "Split" tool like I could in ArcMap with the Cut Polygon tool. It spits out the following error "Split failed. New geometry must intersect polylines and intersect polygons in two or more places." What is the point of the Split tool if you can't split/cut a single polygon in half?

I am attempting to zip a file gdb in order to create a feature layer in ArcGIS Online. However, for some of the features, I ended up with Error "0x80004005: Unspecified error." According to tech support, I should switch the service to high isolation mode. However, the service is already set to high isolation mode.Has anyone else had this problem?

I am unable to access the ArcGIS Geocoding Services. I have seen similar forums on this and the most common answer is to make sure you are signed into your ArcGIS Online account, which I am. In this thread (https://community.esri.com/thread/228114-cant-access-world-geocoder-service-in-arcgis-pro) they were able to resolve the problem by adding the Geocoding Service directly from a Server URL but unfortunately that service directory has been disabled. The odd thing is I was able use the Geocoding Service a couple days ago using data that was in the exact same format; a CSV table with an a column header "Address." Now, the option is no longer available. Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks for the prompt response! And sorry for the confusion; I was referencing the website not the field app. We have figured it out; it turns out that we had made the manager of the inspections a "submitter" but not a "viewer" of the survey.

Hello GIS folks, I have created an inspection survey that is view-able on the phone application for everyone in the group I have shared it with. However, aside from myself (the owner), nobody in the group is able to view the survey in the desktop version of Survey123. Is there a known bug where only the owner of a survey can view it in the desktop application? Or a certain setting I have not turned on? We would like to avoid making the manager of the inspections the owner of the survey as they are not a GIS person and would not be able to make any potential edits to the survey.
