Has anyone worked this into a Bug that can be tracked? I'm getting all kinds of disappearing lines after doing a few days work in AGOL. Manual editing of simple geometry is much quicker online, and WAS the way I had planned to train staff to do it.

Once you deploy you starting making it your own. Updating maps, changing labels, rearranging the dashboard, adding back in those two or three extra fields in a layer here or there. And then, the solution is updated! Instead of weeks of work to reload all your data and update all the settings what if the solutions could see that you have a prior version installed and just make the changes to the fields, layers, and tables that were changed? I'm looking at you Water Distribution Data Management Solution and your wild changelog of what seems to be tiny changes. Version Description 2.0 Manufacturer and Model fields were added to the Hydrant Maintenance Inspection table to support the Water Utility Hydrant Inspections solution. 1.3 The Minimal Gallery app has been removed from the solution item. 1.2 Name changed from Water Distribution Data Management for ArcGIS Online to Water Distribution Data Management.

Just wondering what the intention was for where fire hydrant foot valves fit into the Water Distribution Data Management "system"? Previous water solutions included more fire hydrant features, but all I have are service valves and they are pretty different in use, so it's tricky to keep track of.

I am using the water distribution system solution and getting ready to train field staff on the Water Distribution Asset Collector fieldmap. It's a well made map and field map with good options configured for search. Lots of asset ID's etc. The extent has been set to our boundaries. Problem is when searching for a numerical string (part of an asset ID) I get only places back, and the closest is 4,800 miles away. Well outside the area I'm looking to search. Why isn't this being limited by the extent? Besides turning off address search and adding in my own address layer I'm not sure how to work around this.

I have turned off the offline enabled option and removed all offline areas from a map (and then waited almost a week) Both mobile viewers still prompt me to download an offline area. Is there something that sticks once a map mas been offline enabled that can't go back? Also anyway to work with an offline enabled map but be online while you do it? I won't always need to use the offline option.

It's a arcgis.com map made from a feature layer from the Water Distribution Data Management solution. The only changes being made are modifications to offline settings, more troubles there. I did removed the linked tables yesterday and the search settings seemed to have stayed put overnight so that's a good sign.

I have a webmap that I need search to only work on layer attributes, not on address locations. Nearly every time I make edits to the map the search settings are reset and I need to add the 5 search layers back and remove the address checkbox. Happened 4 times yesterday and was reset when pulling my work up this morning.

I can enter in my username and password into arcgis.com but then I just get stuck at the loading screen and never move past it. Works fine in MS Edge, and after clearing everything (cookies, cache, etc) in Chrome seems like I have 20% chance of it working once, and then not again. Windows 10 Pro 21H2 Chrome 102.0.5005.63

It seems that the instructions in the technical support article are correct and do work. But they take some time to take effect. Unlike data that shows up almost right away, this took an hour or so before clients started being able to view errors.

We are starting to make use of the Water Distribution System Foundation, but have run into the issue with the collector app that is documented here. Since the Solution is published from ArcGIS Pro it seems that the "Note:" in the link applies to us. How do we reconcile this issue, while at the same time not breaking the format or upgrade-ability of the ESRI Solution?
