Once a user has set up multi-factor authentication (MFA), there is no way for them to add another device in the future if they didn't save the QR code on initial set up. It would be good to allow the QR code to be generated again without involving an admin. For example, you lose your phone and use a recovery code to login. At that point, you should be able to access the QR code to set up a new device. @BernSzukalski I added this to a recent blog post you had but figured it might be better in Ideas. Thanks.

Hi @BernSzukalski , One bit of feedback. Maybe there is a good reason this can't be implemented. For users who loose or damage their phone and can't get to authenticator - if they were not savvy enough to save the QR code when they first set up their MFA, there should be a way in Settings->Security to generate the QR code again to set up a new device with MFA. Otherwise they are stuck creating recovery keys for ever or have to involve an admin to disable and then re-enable their MFA. Would be nice if there were a self-serve option. I can put this in ArcGIS Ideas if you think it's appropriate. Thanks!

Hi @ZhifangWang , Thanks for the help and sorry for the delay. I have a Survey123 form with a repeated geopoint question to capture issues along a trail segment. I would like to display a map on the report that shows only those points collected within a given record (not all points that may exist in the data layer from other submissions). I have attached a simplified xlsx here which should show the relevant questions.

Hi @ZhifangWang, I read the help documentation and am still struggling with this. Is this feature only available in a summary section of a report? @AdriannaBarton great thought. I ran into the same issue. Would also be nice if there was a way to force each field in the related record to be updated in a similar way. For example, in my workflow, we capture some metadata in the "core" portion of the form, and within the repeats we reference the core data to ensure folks only have to capture that data once. When the core data is changed later thru inbox, (e.g. changing the data from "not reviewed" to "reviewed")... the related records do not all update...

Hello all, I have a Survey123 form in which several fields are populated using select_one_from_file question type, pulldata calculation, and a csv hosted online. When on the Survey123 Website / Data Tab... using the "filter" option ... I am unable to filter by any of the fields that were populated using the pulldata calculation. Field names appears correctly as options, but the values that appear are the labels from the CSV file, not the values that are in the feature layer (or in the appropriate CSV column). In the attached image below... you will see I am attempting to filter by "Geocode". The geocode field in the feature layer has been populated using the CSV. However, the only choices that appear in the dropdown are the CSV labels. I've verified this occurs in our Portal instance and AGOL. Anyone have thoughts or should I submit as a bug?

Thanks for sharing. This was helpful for me. I also found that if you leave off a $ at the beginning of referencing a field, you will get the same error. e.g. if you do {field} instead of ${field}

@JamesTedrick , having issues with the with the inputmask for phone numbers, using Survey123 Connect and an Android phone. Am using 999-999-9999. It appears to work correctly in the Survey123 Connect preview, but when typing in Survey123 app on the phone there are some oddities. When entering the phone number as "123-456-7890", I see "123-567-90" ... It's as if each hyphen is covering up a digit. If I manually type "123space456space7890" it appears as I would expect, "123-456-7890" Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
