Hi Derek, No worries on the reply timing. I “was” working with the legacy Ops Dashboard, but have recently “upgraded” to the browser-based Ops Dashboard. We are using ArcGIS Online. I was able to perform the necessary calculation by using ModelBuilder. Works great! Thanks for getting back to me. Jeff

Hi Derek, Thank you for your response. Please see attached screenshot. This is the Summary Widget I was referring to in my posting. Am I missing something? Thanks. Jeff

Hello, I have just started experimenting with Operations Dashboard and really enjoy the interface. I have a question regarding data display spanning multiple layers. For example: I have three layers (1 polygon and 2 points); one layer features 4 different polygons - call them "Boundary Areas A - D", another consists of a small number of point locations - call them "Sites", and the last one consists of a larger number of point locations - call them "Address Points". All point locations, with varying numbers, can be found within each of these polygon areas. At present, I have set-up 2 summary widgets per each of the Boundary Areas. For instance, Boundary Area A has a count for the Sites in one widget and a count for the Address Points in another widget and so on through Boundary D. I would like to have another widget displaying the result of a mathematical operation between each of these two windows...for instance...say there were 5 Sites and 200 Address Points for Boundary A...the operation would be the following...5/200 x 100 and the widget would display 2.5%. Is it possible to perform such a calculation given that the calculated response spans two separate layers instead of all the information being contained within one layer? Thank you. Jeff

Hello, I have a parcel geodatabase that includes site address information. I am new to ModelBuilder but I am hoping it can be used to semi-automate an address correction task. For example, I would like to be able to correct an address changing the number from "100" to "150". I have a number of these entries to correct with varying numbers and I am hoping the editing can be accomplished using just one model. Is this possible? Thanks in advance for any assistance. Jeff

Hello, I have added and configured the Directions Widget for a web application. Unfortunately, it is not maintaining my preset start point location. The geocoder recognizes the address and I select it from the drop down but when I initialize the widget upon launch the #1 slot is empty. Any suggestions? Thank you. Jeff

Hi Micah, Thank you for replying to my message. Typically it will be just one attribute table that will require edits. The number of fields that will require records to be modified will range from just 1 to 2. Not that many. The number of values to update on a monthly basis is an additive process. It may start out with 3 values to change, but then the following month the same 3 values will still need to be changed and perhaps 4 more to add to the list. The list will grow as we move along with some dropping off and others being added to the process. Thank you for the automation suggestion. I will definitely look into it. Hopefully the learning curve isn't too steep. Jeff

Hello, I need to find an easy way to update multiple values in a file geodatabase attribute table. These same values will need to be found in the table and replaced with values that I have within a list on a monthly basis so I would very much like to make this an automated function. Is this possible? My abilities are not quite there yet when it comes to programming so any assistance or guidance someone can provide would be extremely valuable. Thank you in advance. Jeff

Hello, An issue has popped up when using our Print function within AGO. At least I think it is connected to the print function. One of our custom widgets is for Mailing Notifications. We've noticed that if the mailing notifications (parcels) highlighted on the screen exceed around 300 or so and we would like to print the screen depiction we receive an error message saying "Error, try again" and "not enough storage to complete this operation" for one, or another message indicating an issue communicating with the print service. If we stay around 200 or less, there are no error messages and the graphic prints fine. I was wondering if there is anything in the service that I need to adjust? Thanks. Jeff

Thank you, Robert. As a follow-up question... This application was not created within WAB Developers Edition. Instead I created it within AGO. I've modified code in server/app folders by locating the respective Widget.js file but never with one created on AGO. Where would that Widget.js for the Direction widget be located? Jeff

Hi Robert, That's correct. By default the stops are labeled on the map 1...2...3...and so on in sequence. I was wondering if it was possible to have the address that the building inspectors type in to create the stop could be also represented as a label next to the location as well. Thanks. Jeff

Hello Everyone, I've added the AGO Directions Widget to an application for routing my building inspectors. The widget works very nicely but I am wondering if it can be modified, and if so, what the code modification would be to achieve the following. Have the stops show not only the stop number but also the address of the stop as well? Thank you. Jeff

Hello Everyone, I've recently added the Directions Widget to an application I've assembled for my building inspection staff. The widget will handle most of my staff's needs, however, I did get a question during our pre-roll-out session concerning one aspect. I have not been able to find any previous communications or postings so I thought I would send out a general inquiry to the group. Is there a way to modify this widget, or for that matter has an enhanced widget been created, with the ability to group stops by AM and PM? In this way, the inspectors would really have two complete route sets, one for AM visits and another for PM visits on the same map with the accompanying directions information segregated by time frames. With ArcGIS Desktop Network Analyst you can create time windows that are "sort of" what I am referring to in this question but I don't think the modification needs to be that extensive. Thank you. Hi Infrabel, Thank you for the link. My statistics came back on. I really can't explain why. As I said previously, I changed the time to 1 minute...initially nothing happened...then I began to receive statistics. I then went back in to the Administrative Directory and changed it back to 30 minutes and everything still seems to be running well. The link you provided will be handy as a back-up or supplement in the future. Thanks again. Jeff
