This is sample watershed geoprocessing task, which takes input from user as mappoint which is named as pourpoint in task.when i supply input interactively from Arcmap it runs successfully but when i tried to supply that pourpoint from my Flex application it gives error. the geometry of mappoint is: event.graphic.geometry.toString()=MapPoint[x=483296.9432867807,y=219407.33375396187,wkid=32145] but it gives fault of invalid value for pourpoint. I am building a geoprocessing task and want to extract values from the resultant shapefile. JOB_COMPLETE event is fired but GET_RESULT_DATA_COMPLETE event is not fired and therefore I am not able to use getResultData() function. My geoprocessing task runs successfully and resultant shapefile is also present on the server

I am coding in Flex and my geoprocessing task runs successfully, but when I try to use the data of the resultant shapefiles I get a runtime error. Error#1009:Cannot access property or reference of a null object reference. This is a part of my code where I get runtime error public function jobComplete(event:GeoprocessorEvent) { var paramValue:ParameterValue=event.executeResult.ParameterValue[0]; } All the output shapefiles have been stored in Inetpub->wwwroot, and proper permission have been set for them using IIS.

Resultant output shapefile is empty even after executing geoprocessing task made using Select Tool. The Geoprocessing task executes successfully when run from Model-> Run entire Model and the shapefile also contains relevant data.My way of using geoprocessing service is also correct, since it is returning correct result while executing geoprocessing tasks built previously by somebody else. I am not using any beta version but Arc GIS Desktop 9.3 .

After clearing rest cache I succeeded in getting esriJobSucceeded . But the resultant shapefile after intersection is empty (it contains all the resultant attributes after join but no values). My model executes successfully from ArcCatelog->model -> Run entire model option. Even the resultant shape file also contains relevant data after join. All my intermediate and output shapefiles are placed in Inetpub->wwwroot.
