I am having an issue with the AA being able to work with 2 geodatabases on the same mxd. Each GDB has it's own dynamic value and generate Id tables. If i open a blank mxd and add features from only one of the GDB everything works fine for each one. But when i try to put the features from both of the GDBs on the same mxd, the AA only works on the GDB features that i added first. I have checked both sets of tables and I am making sure to start and stop editing sessions within the right GDB. Nothing seems to work. Please help!

2.4 credits a month shouldn't have much of an effect for us. Everything is working great. I will post updates as I make more progress.

Thank you so much! That worked great. The only problem i have now is that for some reason when I publish to ArcGIS Online, the dates on the related table are one day off. Example: In my table on ArcMap I have one test result for 7/25/2018 but when i publish the map the related data in the map viewer popup show as 7/24/2018 at 7:00 pm. I did not have a time attached and it is showing one day earlier. Any thoughts?

I work for a Utility company and we currently have 12 different water quality sites set up along different water bodies around the area. I am trying to find the best way to link the results of the testing with the associated sites in ArcMap. Ultimately I would like to be able to publish this data to ArcGIS online and have the popups configured so that when you click on the sampling sites, the results would show up.

I have scanned about 60% of our drawings and I'm at around 1500 files totaling 1.6 GB. The majority of the maps are B/W but there are some color. I am anticipating that once all is said and done I will have around 2.5 GB of scanned documents. I don't anticipate having to attach every single document though. So if I am understanding the credit consumption, if i have around 2 GB of attachments that should only run me about 2.4 credits a month. Does this seem right?

The Plans and Drawings solution seems to be working great. Just to be clear, the attachments to the features would only use 1.2 credits a month per GB correct?

I work for a small utility company and I am in the process of scanning hundreds of old construction plans and as-builts from around the area. My plan is to georeference some of these maps and have them available for crews working in the field. I currently have it where some hand drawings can be accessed by links in the attribute tables but these are for single features. The drawings that I am scanning cover large areas and I am wondering what the best way would be so that if they are in an area, they could click on that area in the Collector App and the scanned map would show up. I have thought about making a Polygon layer that would outline the area covered by the maps, and adding links in the attributes for those polygons. The only issue there would be that many of these features may overlap or even encompass others (Smaller scale Overview drawings with multiple larger scale drawings within them). Does anyone have any suggestions on a good way to have these maps available to field workers so that they could click on a location and a scanned map pops up?

I need help building a model that will convert multiple feature classes to a geodatabase and then have symbology from other layers applied to the different layers. I am currently using the feature class to geodatabase tool and then using a model that will apply the symbology but am basically trying to combine the two processes into one. I have over 350 selection layers that need to be converted so that i can share them to arcgis online. Since selection layers are not supported in this way, this is the only way that i have been able to figure out. Thanks
