Thank you Jayanta, Correct, the user type is "GIS Professional Advanced" admin. Unfortunately I do not se an option to unassign/deactive the Pro license. (Unless you mean to sign the user out at any location, which I have already done -- it did not fix the issue). I reached out to support so hopefully they can help. However, it looked like I only received an automated issue on how to assign the user to my 'organization', which did not resolve the issue. Thank you.

Apologies if this is the wrong community, but it was the closest I could fine (moderators feel free to delete or move if necessary). I recently subscribed to ArcGIS Personal Use. I had been a subscriber in the past but let it expire. When I try and authorize the new subscription (ArcPro 2.9, named user) it returns an error that the number of users exceeds the available licenses. This appears related to a recent change documented by ESRI. I have followed the steps here but am not prompted to "Update user type" and cannot seem to manually modify it because I am listed as the admin (and only user, since it is personal use). Is there another, known fix? Do I need (and is there a way) to temporarily add a dummy user, make it the admin, manually change my real account type to fix the license, and then delete the dummy?

Hi All, does anyone know if there is a built-in widget that allows for a pop-up window with multiple tables (as shown in the image below?). I found this on a published app, but can not find a similar widget in the WebApp Builder.

1down votefavorite I am trying to use Esri Terrain-Tools v1.1 to create a hillshade from either a 90 m SRTM DEM or 30 m DEM. I have tried saving this to a file geodatabase (FGDB) and .tif. In both cases the error reported is cannot save to "output format" GRID/TIFF Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\GIS_local\TOOLS\TerrainTools_v1_1\Scripts\SkyModel.py", line 81, in <module> skymodel(*args) File "C:\GIS_local\TOOLS\TerrainTools_v1_1\Scripts\SkyModel.py", line 63, in skymodel prevRaster.save(outRaster) RuntimeError: ERROR 010240: Could not save raster dataset to C:\GIS_local\hillshade\sky1.tif with output format TIFF. Failed to execute (SkyModel). Failed at Mon Feb 26 17:18:37 2018 (Elapsed Time: 3 hours 46 minutes 44 seconds) The output file path is to a local internal drive, scratch filepath is to local default GDB, and there should be more than adequate space to save the file. This seems to have been commonly reported in the past in comments on the ESRI website, but no answer was provided. Does anyone have thoughts on what may be causing this error?

Hi, I was curious if either you have found a solution to this problem? I am encountering the same issue: When I add a photo with an embedded geolocation, the ArcMap 10.1 "Geotagged photos to Points" script does not create a point for the photo. The geoprocessing results window states that the tool has run and a feature class has been created. However, when I click on a row in the attribute table (where the photo name does appear), it zooms to an incorrect region of the world. In addition, no visible point has been created. I have replicated this problem with several different photographs, which were all processed using a standard graphics program. I thought that perhaps the graphics program had stripped the geolocation from the photo, but looking at the EXIF data, the spatial location is still there. In addition, I have tried changing the geoprocessing extent, which did not solve the problem either. I have attached an example, if anyone wants to try this as well. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Thank you for the update. One more quick question: will the localized data layers be usable if the desktop installation is inanother language? In example, most of my work is in English. If I want to work with Spanish data (and do not care what language the desktop menus are using), will I be able to add localized data or would I need a separate, localized installation of ArcGIS as well?

I would like to make a regional vector-based map for Central America. However, ArcMap online seems to only have layers with English labels. I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to change the language of ArcMap online data (e.g., if there is another attribute table that I am not seeing available). Or, alternatively, if anyone knows of a regional/global dataset with Spanish labels in the attribute table (for country names at least).

...and here is the example (plus another for one, which has the same issue; attached) in case anyone knows of a way to check for file corruption.

Hi, I have been trying to create a flow accumulation raster from a filled flow direction DEM. I initially ran the Flow Accumulation tool using a 90m DEM, which completed in less than five minutes. I have now been trying to run the Flow Accumulation tool for a 20m DEM for the same, small area. I have tried running it overnight on the same machine that calculated the 90m DEM in mere minutes, bu it never completes. It seems (to me) that this 20m DEM should have completed relatively quickly as well. Since ArcMap has no useful status bar it seems there is no way to tell if the tool is making progress. I have turned off background processing and looked in the results window, but there is no indication of percent progress. Is there anyway to check if the process has become hung or if it just needs more than eight hours to process? The 20m DEM is roughly 600 x 500 cells; 1.29 MB. Thank you, Dan

I'd be interested if you find any errors in the tool or know of a way to run an analysis on subsets and then combine the results (unlikely possibility, I know). I am running into the same issue. I successfully ran Flow Accumulation on a 90m grid (filled, all best practices, etc.) for a very small area (less than 1 MB). The process ran in around three minutes. I am now trying to compute flow accumulation for the same area using a 20m grid (still very small file size, I believe less than 2 MB). I let it run overnight and absolutely no change (I wish ESRI would include a standard progress bar to let you know if the process was actually making progress). It seems like moving from 90m to 20m shouldn't increase processing time this exponentially.
