Phil, I don't have the laptop available to me today, but I think I found the issue. Or at least a workaround. In my survey I set the geopoint default to 'null' so it doesn't attempt to automatically use the device's location. After doing this, the surveys all loaded fine with no crashes.

I'm hoping to get some more guidance on best practices for using stakeholder views. I have a number of surveys published through survey123 connect which I regularly update and re-publish. In turn, I have to delete the stakeholder view and re-share the survey results. I'm using dashboards to display results and apps to edit the data. Should I be using the original feature service with these or the stakeholder view? I normally avoid using the stakeholder view since I would have to delete it and reconfigure the app every time I update my survey.

It's a surface tablet running windows. I'll see if I can get the version and build # from the user. Location services are enabled.

I have a dashboard that shows reports submitted through survey123. The users want to save and print these reports so I've set up a feature report template on the survey123 website where they can do this. But, it would be much easier if they could select the report on the dashboard and create the feature report from there. Here's a screenshot of the dashboard:

In the settings tab of your form you'll see a column called 'instance_name'. This is where you can customize the inbox appearance. Here's a couple examples: This one is using the surveyor's name as the instance name. This one combines the responses from 3 separate fields. I hope this helps!

I've had a recurring issue with Survey123 on desktop. Whenever a survey is opened, the geopoint question tries to get the user's location, then the program freezes up and stops responding. The same surveys work fine on phones and tablets. I've diagnosed the issue with AppStudio and it points to the geopoint question as the point of failure. The error is "ArcGISSurvey123 qml: Invalid geopoint coordinate: {isValid":false,"latitude":null,"longitude":null,"altitude......"

I'm wanting to prevent a survey from showing up in the list of downloadable surveys in the Survey123 app. I've already changed the collaboration settings so it's not shared with anyone, but it still shows up and users are still able to download it. Users are unable to submit data, but I don't want the survey showing up at all.

I have a survey with a few different date/time fields, one of which is in a repeat. The repeat one is giving me trouble when I create a popup in the map viewer. In the popup the date shows up as Dec, 31, 1969 no matter what date I chose in the survey. The attribute table shows the correct date, it's just the popup that's wrong. All the other date/time fields show the correct date and time in the popup except the one in the related table. Anyone know what's up?

Our stormwater department has interns collecting data each summer using the Collector app. Each time they inspect a hydrological feature, like a pipe outfall, they add a new point with details like whether there is discharge, the severity, color, and correctability and attach pictures. They inspect the same features each year and over the years it's turned into a huge mess of points on top of each other. I would really like to consolidate all this data so that each hydrological feature is represented by a single point but still includes all the data from previous years. Most details stay the same year to year, like pipe diameter and location, but they'll need the ability to see whether conditions have improved, stayed the same, or deteriorated year-to-year. Is there a good way to do this? Another thought was, instead of consolidating the points, to break all the data up into multiple feature classes, one for each year. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Are there any workarounds for this issue? I'm having the same problem with a point-in-time count survey coming up this January. We have a lot of older volunteers doing the surveys who may not be able to read the topo map or change the basemap easily.

I'm trying to append data to a feature service with a related table online, but I'm having trouble getting the appended data to relate to the related table. I append the new data to the fs, then append the related records to the related table. Any new data added (from survey123) appears as it should with its related records. Is there a way to append new data with related records to an existing feature service and its related table? I attached an image of the fs data if that helps.

I created a new workforce project and a dashboard using the dispatchers map. I was configuring the workforce project and editing the dashboard simultaneously, but after a couple hours I wasn't able to access the 'configure' page anymore. This is the error I get when trying to click on configure.
