I have a C# and WPF application (ArcGIS Runtime 100.0) setup with ArcGIS Online log-in. I know it works, my credentials work fine. Digging around my orginization (I'm admin) I realized the other user accounts have "_" in their user names. On a hunch, I created a new account, ensuring the user name did not contain "_"...bingo. I can log into my portal from my application. // Create a token credential using the provided username and password ArcGISTokenCredential userCredentials = await AuthenticationManager.Current.GenerateCredentialAsync (new Uri(requestInfo.ServiceUri.GetLeftPart(UriPartial.Path)), _userName, _password, requestInfo.GenerateTokenOptions) as ArcGISTokenCredential; _eventAggregator.GetEvent<ArcGISUserChangedEvent>().Publish( new Image.Infrastructure.Events.Args.ArcGISUserChangedArgs { Token = userCredentials }); // Set the result on the task completion source _loginTaskCompletionSource.TrySetResult(userCredentials);

Thanks Michael. I failed to check the release notes. In my case, the situation is stable. But will be nice when the camera option is corrected -- Setting a Camera's distance (via constructor) causes issues when camera is applied to SceneView.

I'm running into the following randomly: System.AccessViolationException was unhandled Message: An unhandled exception of type 'System.AccessViolationException' occurred in WindowsBase.dll Additional information: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt. A little background: - I'm running Runtime v100.0 - The app is written using MVVM and Prism IoC - There's a View (TwoDView) which has a MapView - TwoDView has a ViewModel (TwoDViewModel) which navigates -- uses RequestNavigate(...) -- to a view (ThreeDView) which has SceneView - ThreeDViewModel responds to the navigation and applies the camera (calling a controller, created to manage the SceneView using a WeakReference<>) passed via navigation parameters - The controller calls SetViewpointCameraAsync There is also a back button in ThreeDView to allow going back to TwoDView for selecting another 3D area for inspection. It seems multiple calls to SetViewpointCameraAsync is causing my issue...if I use SetViewpointCamera...no issue (it seems). Any ideas??

I've followed the instructions provided by License your app documentation. I added the code, with my license string, as the first lines of code in my Application_StartUp method. What am I missing?

I've been able to create a graphic selection capability, a red line draws around my graphics. I'd like to increase the thickness of the line, so that it is more easily located. The current line isn't very apparent.

I've used the camera object (successfully) to move a location into view in my SceneView. However, the minute I add a 15 meter distance...it starts zooming to Antarctica. sceneView.SetViewPointCameraAsync(new Camera(mapPoint, 15.0, 0, 0, 0));

Excellent! Thank you Antti! I'd lost sight of the Controller approach...I've not put it to use yet. This certainly puts me on the right track!

I'm using ArcGIS Runtime 100.0 .NET (using C#). I've got a SceneView set up using MVVM. I'd like to know how I can set the camera from my ViewModel which only has a Scene object. Best I can tell, I have no option to get at the camera or viewpoint from Scene object. Thanks in advance!
