I'm having an issue with columns still showing up in the survey data tab / downloaded CSV file even after a question is deleted. See "ok" column in picture below. It's not in the survey, or the schema. The only way I've found to get the data page to update is to publish the survey clearing the previous collected data. Unfortunately it seems like the only thing I can do to get that prompt is to add a new question, otherwise I get the message that it'll be uploaded without affecting the existing data. I've manually deleted the results and republished the survey, but it still retains the column. Ideally I would like to be able to get rid of the column... but an easy way to clear previously collected data would also be nice. Thanks for any assistance.

For my survey one of the fields I need is Route. In the spreadsheet I'm pulling the data from it's formatted as shown below. 031K0017700 064U0005600 059I0013500 059K0000400 The way it needs to appear in the results is: (Letter, 3 numbers) The examples above would need to end up: K177, U056, I135, & K004 Initially I used a new column and formula* to make the changes before I brought the .csv into Survey123 but in the future the csv will periodically be replaced with a new one (new sample information, same column names) and I was hoping it could just be brought over without additional spreadsheet work before it's brought into Survey123. Is there there something I can put in the calculation or inputMask field to do the formatting for me? *Excel formula =RIGHT(LEFT(A1,4),1)&(LEFT(RIGHT(A1,5),3))

I think validation by page would be nice, or if a required question isn't answered it would return to the specific question regardless of page.

In the attached screenshot the main question is "All Other Signs (Guide Signs & Delineators)" The highlighted sections above are fields to calculate fail % so the person taking the survey doesn't have to take any extra notes or do any calculations on the side. If possible, what I would like to have happen is: If both totals fall under their % limit - Pass is automatically selected. If one or both are above the % limit- Fail is automatically selected. If total # of signs = 0 in both fields - N/A is automatically selected. Is it possible to have a Select_One question auto-populate based on previous answers or selected criteria?
