I am preparing branch versioned data in an enterprise geodatabase for publishing to Enterprise Portal. One of the requirements for our scenario is Enable Replica Tracking. We have a Parcel Fabric dataset and some stand alone related tables and are automating this through python. I would like some way to tell if Replica Trackinghas been enabled. As I go through each of the stand alone (related) tables, if Replica Tracking has already been enabled, I get the following error when I try to run it again on the geodatabase table: arcgisscripting.ExecuteError: ERROR 002990: Replica tracking is not supported. Failed to execute (EnableReplicaTracking). When I go into Pro and look at that table, it already has the box checked for Replica Tracking. So first, I think this error message is misleading and could be improved. But most importantly, I would like a way to check if Replica Tracking has been enabled, much like arcpy.Describe has a property for enableEditorTracking. Please add a Boolean enableReplicaTracking to the Describe properties!

@jschuckert Unfortunately, I have changed positions and am not working on this level of fun stuff anymore. I haven't heard of a workaround or solution to this but was hoping enough people would want the same functionality that Esri would add that functionality.

Esri please make this possible. Our organization uses MS Power Automate and we do not have access to Integromat. Please implement this with Power Automate without the use of Premium Connectors. We have a need to be able to generate the Reports when a survey is submitted and email them to a specific user. Our organization does not have access to Premium licensing. Thank you!

We also need Power Automate to be able to generate Survey123 reports in addition to the email on submission.

I have attachments enabled and have additional attributes in the __ATTACH table. Is there a way to populate those additional attributes through a survey form? Specifically I have added PHOTO_CAPTION and would like the user to add a text sentence in the survey form to go into the attachments table with their photo. Is this possible?

So I took out the sumbission_url and published it to compare what fields were 'added' and noticed that there was a field named II_BMC_INSPECTIONS_V_count which was a count of the repeats in the related table. This field seems to be created because I was trying to limit the number of new repeats in the related inspections table to 1 by using the repeat_count field and putting a "1" in there, so the "add new record" for the repeat at the bottom would be disabled to minimize user confusion with nested repeats. When I took out the repeat_count of 1 and tried republishing, it worked. I see this as a problem that restricting the repeat count on new records/surveys adds a new field. I don't want to track this anywhere, I just want the user limited to adding one inspection record to the repeat table for the new inspection.

How about if I did not add any additional fields, only notes that do not have a "name" column and explicitly set the bind::esri:fieldType to null? I have a survey that was created off an existing hosted feature service and have simply been formatting and grouping the fields into pages. I added 3 notes fields as mentioned above and sometimes I have just kept trying and every once in a while it works to re-publish, but most of the time I get the error. I would LOVE it if Esri could give the field that it's thinking is missing when throwing that error. I did not add any actual fields and I'm at a loss as to what the problem could be. I am using Survey123 Connect version 3.13.251

The functionality doesn't seem to exist to display image attachments in Gallery Mode for a web map pop up and subsequently for the Dashboard that reads the map pop up when using enterprise published services. I get the message: "This layer only supports list view". We have a lot of data published through ArcServer services and it's very limiting that the Gallery View is only available for Esri hosted services. I did not see a Map Viewer ideas board, and we ultimately are trying to display the image attachments in a Dashboard.

@IsmaelChivite - I am trying to pull data from a csv file for inspections where the csv file data has a 1:M relationship to the id of the survey item. So for the current bridge being inspected, the related csv file contains multiple records related by that bridge ID. We need to pull that data into the survey for the inspector to use. I have seen this question for other inspection types from others trying to do the same thing. How do we reference the csv file in the survey's media folder in our javascript for using pulldata? Is this even possible? If so, another example in the Survey123 JavaScript sample showing the basics of how to do this would be incredibly helpful. Thank you, Christal Higdon US Forest Service

I am looking for the same thing. Adding to the Survey123 Sample to include an example of using pulldata from a csv to get multiple rows from the csv based on a previous question would be most helpful. We have a use case with bridge inspections were there's data in a csv file that is related by an identifier that is a 1:M relationship and we need to pull this data into the survey for field work. Please give us an example ESRI!

@DavidPike Yes, I am aware that ArcMap has a 5 year life left, but working for Government, ArcPro is not yet available in our data center. Having to work with our SDE data, located at the data center, leaves us with ArcMap as our only choice. It will likely be 2 more years before ArcPro is stood up at our data center where our corporate databases are located. That leaves many of us in a tight spot where ArcMap is no longer being enhanced or supported, with the answer being "switch to ArcPro", which we cannot do right now, as much as we'd like to. I don't have high hopes that anyone from Esri will implement this idea in a patch, but since we have a couple more years of using ArcMap primarily, I thought I'd at least ask.

I could not find an ArcMap Idea Board, so hope this is a good place, and also can't believe this hasn't been proposed already. I need to hide the time portion of the Date field in ArcMap. We are using Oracle enterprise geodatabase (SDE) and the only option we have is Date, which translates to an Oracle Timestamp field. We are storing Start and End dates for trips and would like to do things like date calculations for trip durations, but the data users want the time part hidden, as it is distracting and unnecessary for editing and using the data. We are able to hide the time portion on AGOL, why not in ArcMap? Please add this to the field settings so we can hide the time portion of the Date field data type. Or allow a true Oracle Date field where we can specify the precision to only hold the date. We do not want to see the time. Thank you!

For the test that failed a third of the way through, it was a simple 'Test'... PARAMETERS: Input Table: TongassNFWaterXing_COPY Field Name (Existing or New): FishPresence Expression: 'Test' Expression Type: ARCADE Code Block Updated Input Table: TongassNFWaterXing_COPY Field Type: TEXT FIELD PROPERTIES: Field Name: FishPresence Alias: Fish Presence Data Type: Text Allow Null: True Length: 100 Perhaps some sort of memory leak? But I would think 70K records would not be too big to handle... we have layers with far more features than this point layer and this was a simple text expression.
