Greg, you are totally good and knew what you meant. I had not thought about using AGO Assistant as a work around but I will totally use this as a potential work around for now. Chip

Greg, Thanks for the suggestion. Regular users (ones not familiar with AGO Assistant) should be able to add additional Surveys or Collectors to Assignment Types in a Project should be enabled without having to modify the HTML. For users configuring their Projects, it makes it easier on them to do it when they are configuring or modifying the Project. That being said, it is nice to know that you can doing it by modifying the HTML. I love AGO Assistant and use it all the time for duplicating stuff and fixing issues. The only problem is, isn't AGO Assistant unsupported by Esri Support if there is an issue? Chip

Currently in Survey123, Select One or Select Multiple questions that are picklists/dropdowns, require the user to scroll through the potential values to find the right one. For questions that have long lists, this is cumbersome because the user must scroll through the list to find the proper value. It would be great if the user could start to type the answer and have the picklist filter down to the potential values that meet what the user types. As an example, there might be a question where the user must pick the City from a picklist. There may be 25+ cities in this list and the user has to scroll down through the list to find the appropriate one. If the user was able to type part of the city's name and have the list dynamically change, it would prevent the user from having to scroll through the list. Below is a Survey question in which the user must select the appropriate cit. The user must scroll down through the list to find the correct city from the picklist. If the user was able to start typing in the City name, the list potentially could narrow down to the answers that meet what the user typed.

Mark, I thought about that and also tried leveraging doing a Collector > Survey123 type workflow to allow them to click the pop-up. However, most of field users (young and old) saw it as cumbersome because it made them have to switch between applications just to get background information. Selling them on Survey123 to complete their old workflows was an achievement and they liked the custom map where they could to see what they were surveying. However, not being able to click on the map to review pop-up information was a huge draw back. The pop-up functionality is present in many of Esri's applications (Collector, Workforce, Ops Dashboard, etc.) and is a gigantic benefit. If it was also added to Survey123, it would make it even more powerful. Chip

It would be great if a Default Assignment Type could be set when configuring a Workforce Project. In some cases, a Workforce Projects only has one Assignment Type and when the Dispatcher goes to create an assignment, they still have to pick the Assignment Type even though there is only one to choose from. Many users find that having to set the Assignment Type is an additional unnecessary step. Additionally, there are cases where there is a Workforce Projects that has multiple Assignment Types but a majority of the assignments primarily fall under one type of Assignment Type. If the Workforce Project was defaulted to one Assignment Type but the user could still override it, it would also be an added benefit.

I like this idea because there is no fail safe for users who get click happy and may click Start and accidentally click Finish. For situations like this, it would also be nice if a message were to appear when the Finish button was pushed and ask the user if they indeed want to complete the assignment. The message could be an optional addition that could be applied when the Workforce Project was configured. The Project owner could decide if they want to add a message to it.

It would be nice to be able to select features from the Survey123 map and view a pop-up. Currently, you can created a customized basemap with map layers and view the map in Survey123. However, the map layers in the basemap act just as a reference and you cannot select them and review a pop-up. It would be helpful if the user was able to select an item in the map and review a configured pop-up, just like you can in Collector. For users in the field, being able to review pertinent information in a pop-up would help them complete the survey. For example, below is a custom basemap that was added to an inspection survey. The map provides a great reference to the field user but the map elements are not selectable and you cannot get any information from them. It would be great if the user was able to select an item from the map (such as a transformer) and see a pop-up of the selected item. The pop-up might provide additional information that would aid the field user in completing the survey.

It would be great if the Dispatcher and Mobile Worker maps enabled the user to switch the basemap similar to what is possible in Collector for ArcGIS and other Esri applications. Currently, only the basemap that was applied to the Dispatcher and Mobile Worker map is what the end user sees and they are unable to alter what was applied. It would be a great enhancement if the user could switch the basemap to something other than what was originally applied when the map was configured. Collector, Survey123, and Operations Dashboard have this capability and allow the user to switch the basemap.

It would be nice if you could apply more than one Survey or Collector to a Workforce Project. There are situations where there is a need to incorporate two or three very different surveys for a workflow that falls underneath a Project. Under the current configuration of Workforce Projects, you can only do "1" integration of Survey123 and Collector per Workforce Project. This causes users to have to create multiple Workforce Projects for work that might fall under the same line of work. As an example, Preventative Maintenance is a type of work that could fall under a single Workforce Project but the different types of maintenance would be managed under the different Assignment Types. A specific Preventative Maintenance survey could be applied to each PM Assignment Type. If Workforce was able to accommodate this type of workflow in a single project, it would reduce the need to manage multiple projects for the same type of work. Workforce Project: Preventative Maintenance Assignment Type: Transformer Bank PM Inspection Padmounted Preventative Maintenance Survey - Survey123 Assignment Type: Meter PM Inspection Meter Preventative Maintenance Survey - Survey123 Meter Changeout Survey - Survey123 Assignment Type: Pole PM Inspection Pole Preventative Maintenance Survey - Survey123

It would be great if you were able to change the look and feel of the Dispatcher (Desktop) version of Workforce for ArcGIS. For instance, being able to change the order and naming of the fields in the Create Assignments pane when creating assignments. Additionally, it would also be beneficial if you could also add additional fields with associated domains to Workforce and add them to the Workforce Dispatcher UI. As an example, you could create an additional field called Crew Number or Truck Number and add it to the Create Assignments pane under Assigned To dropdown. That way you could assign a Mobile Worker and specify the Crew Number and Truck Number the Mobile Worker was assigned to. Being able to add any additional information to the assignment and customize the the look would be a great enhancement.
