It could have something to do with size and networks, but what I found that solved the problem was to use 10.3 instead of 10.4. Exported to .pdf perfectly from 10.3.

Is there functionality to create assignments based on an attribute? For exampled I have a sanitary sewer manhole layer. And I have a column in GIS that distinguishes proposed inspection dates. Can I make an assignment based on a specific attribute in this data with a query? My workaround might be to make a service of what I want in the assignment and then select them in workforce and create my based on the features in my service. Thoughts?

I have a service in ArcGIS Online and it is shared only with my organization. Can I share that service with someone outside my organization without making it public? I work for a consulting firm and want clients, that have there own ArcGIS online accounts, to be able to view my organizations information without making it public. Is this doable? Thanks!

We are having sync issues using the disconnected portion of the Collector app. I was able to connect my field device to my computer and navigate to the .geodatabase file and copy it to my desktop. Does anyone know how extract my data from the .geodatabase file into something GIS worthy? Thank you!

We are using Collector-disconnected to do sanitary sewer manhole inspections. The field guys get to the 9th inspection and they get an error "unable to save feature to device". And then they lose all 9 inspections, even though after each of the 9 inspections it saved. Makes me think the data is still on the tablet. Does anyone know of a way to get saved information off our tablets without connecting to ArcGIS Online? Hate to lose so much data!

When we take data to the field in a disconnected setting, we do about 6 inspections and then we get the error "Unable to save to device" or "Unable to save feature". Has anyone been getting this error and how did they fix it? Thank you!
