I am experiencing the same issue in a web app that I am trying to deploy as a proof of concept for my agency. I get the FeatureSetByID to work in the popup which is fantastic, but I am trying to implement it using the Public Notification widget, and when I try to create a mailer using the widget, all of the columns that I have created return [object Promise] instead of the value itself. Looking it up online, it seems that the code needs to include a "then" statement in order for this function to work all the way through into the end result. Hopefully ESRI folks will see this and give this awesome functionality to us? In my example we have parcels (about 400,000 throughout our jurisdiction) and we have a separate table of owner data with a common field "APN". I want to be able to quickly and easily provide a frontend for our users that will allow searching spatially for one or many parcels, then return the owner data so they can make contact as appropriate for notification purposes. The data is a referenced dataset, not hosted feature layer, I have thought of creating a view as Brittany suggests except that I need it updated dynamically, not just a one time calculate. Thank you all for the awesome help you always provide! Regards, Billy

Is anyone else experiencing a problem with the Edit widget when trying to add new records to a related table from within WebApp Builder? I have replicated this issue in both Hosted Feature Layers as well as Layers connected to a SQL database. So what happens is, the user will go through the Edit Widget to add a record into a related table and when they add the first record, they can enter information into each field and hit save without issue. When they go back to add a second record in, the form comes up like normal, but after they type information into the first field and tab to the second field, all of a sudden the information they entered into the previous record is populated into all of the fields. I have confirmed it is not related to auto-fill in the browser, and have tried IE11, Chrome, and Edge and they all reproduce this issue. To make it even more strange, when the information is re-populated, the user clicks "save" but it does not actually send that information into the database twice, it sends what they typed into the first field and blanks out the remaining fields. Sorry if this sounds confusing and does not make sense, but it really feels like a bug with the Edit Widget and I am hoping to see what others have experienced in this regard. Our portal is currently version 10.6.1 if that helps. Attached is a .pdf relating to the original web app in our environment where I ran into this issue. I have replicated it in several other web apps within our environment as well.

It would be very beneficial to me, working as an app builder for my organization, if a widget were to be created that would allow me to display/add/edit/delete records in a table that is associated to the content that I am providing on the web map. One example would be where I have device locations on a map, the attributes for the point feature layer describe the device itself, but the device is related to a table that maintains the ownership information. The ability to open up the ownership information table by itself without having to first specify the device would be very helpful. Another example would be tracking mileage for employees and logging their path to GIS to use for other purposes such as custom navigation, etc. These employees will record their data but there could be several related tables that are associated to that travel such as a vehicle table for them to specify which vehicle they drove, even an employee list table so they could specify their employee name as well as other employees that may have gone with them, a project code table that allows them to specify the purpose of their travel, and many other things. The ability to display and manage data in these related tables within a Web App would give me the ability to replace many of our outdated custom applications that were designed and implemented anywhere from five to over fifteen years ago. Without the ability to manage non-spatial data, the ESRI platform is severely lacking what I would consider to be critical functionality. The widget I would want to see would give you the ability, once it is added to the map, to specify which related table you want to connect it to, then it would provide an interactive grid view of the data within that table. The ability to add multiple edit table widgets to the same Web App would be perfect. thank you!

It is now nearly four years since the initial ask on this request, can someone from ESRI provide guidance on this? I have staff asking to export data but they do not want to see all the fields, so currently I am telling them they just need to delete them from the .CSV once it is exported. If we could get the export to coincide with the view customization, that would be fantastic! Thanks, Billy Hopper III

Has there been any movement on this? I have a Web App that previously has worked for staff, but now when using Chrome 78.x pan does not work so this completely breaks our production business process. Others have mentioned a workaround by installing another browser, but we would like to continue using the browser staff are familiar with. Please provide status update ESRI so we can figure out when this will work! Thanks!

I have come across this issue, when trying to use Query widget to search against related tables. I have a feature layer that has points, all points have valid lat/lon info, and when I search using Query widget I can find the related data, but when I click back on the related results that exist in the feature layer, the map zooms out to the point where it is just a grey screen, and does not show my map at all. any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am having what I would believe to be a similar issue, with the new Collector app. I am trying to provide an offline map on an iPad for my inspectors, that connects to my internal enterprise portal and has connections into our database environment for data retention. When I try to publish a feature layer, it publishes into my portal and the database connection is successful, but I am unable to download offline maps. When I try to publish it as a hosted feature layer, the database connection is not made, but offline map download does work. Ideally I would like to have my feature layer (non-hosted) published via ArcGIS Pro into our internal portal, and then have the ability to download an offline area made available to the Collector App.

I am having this issue with a hosted layer that I have created using ArcGIS Pro 2.3.1. the layer publishes to the portal just fine with edit and sync enabled, I can create webmap without issue within the portal and allow the map to show up in collector app, but when I try to download offline maps through the collector app it is requiring me to log into AGOL which by itself would be fine, but it does not give me time to enter my username/password and even after I enter it, the sync still fails. any help on this would be appreciated, I would be more than happy to share any further details required. I am working to deploy a brand new app into production so there is no historical data, no historical versions, but I have gotten offline maps to download with this map during my development, but lately it is failing and I am not sure why. thanks!
