I am trying to find the correct approach or interfaces to adding a WFS services ie one created using the interoperability extension. I need to add this via code. Does anyone have any ideas. There appeared to be an FMEWorkspace interface back in 9. Thanks for any help.

PGDB, ArcGIS 10 SP4 We have an open edit session In code we create a new featureclass and add a new feature. Users stop editing with out saving. The new featureclass (table) is removed from the database - (not saved there). All looks ok. Build the feature cache (doing this in code but fails manually as well) Get: Error The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query '<Table Name here>'. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly. If we exit ArcMap and restart it is all ok - so something is cached. We hold a reference to the workspace which is opened at the start of an edit session. My only though is we need to close and re-open the workspace session. Any ideas on what is being cache or how to solve???? Thanks Andrew

Hi, Yes that was our solution - we have created our own record to isolate the code. Another question: This is a .Net4 solution - our other projects are in .Net3.5 and this is causing some issues. Is there any possibility to get a .Net3.5 supported build?

Thanks for the quick response. It is a shame as I think it makes the API far less usable. Otherwise it is what I need as I don't want to go full ArcObjects / ArcEngine for my requirement. For now we have just isolated the code and can create our own record as our data interface is simple and well-known. I have tired the facade already as the next logical step. There is a very odd behavior and we get a memory access exception if we tried to store the Row object in anything other than the RowCollection. This is what we were trying to do - get all records and add the row into a facade and return as a list. As soon as you try to access the row ie row.GetString("field") - fails. We assume something is happening in he RowCollection class to reset the enumerator. RowCollection rowCollection = FeatureTable.Search("*", "", RowInstance.Recycle); // IList<IRowFacade> rowFacades = rowCollection.Select(row => new RowFacade(row)).Cast<IRowFacade>().ToList(); IList<IRowFacade> rowFacades = new List<IRowFacade>(); foreach (Row row in rowCollection) { rowFacades.Add(new RowFacade(row)); }

Hi, I am trying to unit test code and while simple in ArcObjects I am struggling with the fgdb .net api because there appears to be no interfaces. We rely on these to do dependency injection and mocking. Does anyone know if there are any plans to add interfaces? Thanks

Hello, ITopologicalOperator6.SimplifyAsFeature Method There is no documentation on this method. Does anyone know what it does and if it differs from the Simplify method on the other interfaces. I see ITopologicalOperator6 does not inherit from the other interfaces so is this a rewrite? Thanks

Just a general question. I am converting a large application in ArcObjects 10 (from 9) using SP3 version. I never encountered so many things that have stopped working correctly. Have other people had issues with this build?

I would like to get confirmed that in ArcMap these 2 events are the same. I am mainly interested in the Undo. Does this fire at the successful end of the undo operation in both cases.
