Hi Jim, I am sorry to hear that you are having problems.  I just tried running analysis on your data and did not have any problems.  I ran Aggregate Points and Find Hot Spots and both completed successfully.  So it looks like the data is fine.  Can you reply with the exact parameters that you are using when you attempt to run these functions?  Also, can you provide me with the name of your Organization and we can investigate on the backend to see if we can see if there is a problem.
